- The hotel and room decor are average for a five-star hotel. It is recommended to add (shttaf - شطاف ) in the bathrooms for Arab and Muslim guests, as is done in some hotels in Moscow. It would also be preferable to increase the variety of breakfast buffet items. Most of the staff do not speak English.

Every winter we visit this resort, but for the first time in the hotel. Friends recommended, but the prices are high, but for the hotel and the location is not a pity, and besides, the season. The rooms are cozy, the staff is helpful, of course, there were also disadvantages, but I don’t even remember) breakfast in the seasons restaurant is very tasty and there is a choice for every taste, 2 dinners in the grill bar restaurant, the menu is interesting, but not for everyone, gourmets will like it more) but otherwise super and a fireplace in the lobby creates an atmosphere of comfort

The perfect place to relax! You can feel the professionalism of the staff, everything was very pleasant! The spa area on the 7th floor has everything you need, the masseurs are professionals! At the reception, administrators are fully focused on creating comfort for each guest! As well as a nice life hack, you can buy tickets for the cable car cheaper than at the box office, and you don’t have to stand in line! Thanks for the warm welcome and great service!

We stayed in October. A very comfortable room, I will separately note the mattress and pillows :) We had a beautiful view of the river. Nice small spa with jacuzzi on the rooftop. Pleased with the choice at breakfast. Good location in Rosa Khutor. The room has a free set: mask, gloves, antiseptic - very important in our time. The staff is responsive and friendly. Thanks to Maria from the reception for organizing a tour of Sochi

Lovely hotel, stayed with family, enjoyed it. Sensitive, but unobtrusive service, our desires were literally foreseen. Great breakfasts, even the pickiest of us didn't leave hungry. I was also pleased with the Black bar restaurant, both children and adults found dishes to their taste. And the most luxurious thing is to sleep on the most comfortable mattresses under the light sound of a mountain river, and in the mornings enjoy a gorgeous view of the mountains. We will definitely return in winter.
