The food is delicious, but judging by other reviews, something has disappeared, champagne for sure ... it's a shame) if you are accommodated in houses, then you will have to go down the street to the pool, so if you are going to hang out in the jacuzzi and pools often, it is better to choose the main buildings and ordinary rooms , they are interconnected. Again, it’s a long walk from the houses to the cable car, although it’s useful)) the houses are more for large companies and rides and they are cooler, although there are additional heaters. At the beginning of November, only one cable car was working, all the others throughout the resort were turned off, which is a shame, but they said they would turn it on in early October. The views are amazing, the air is amazing. Nearest normal store, crossroads. It can be reached by bus after the cable car. There is a problem with parking visa, ripping off, in the form of 500 rubles per day. In the hotel itself, it seems to be the same paid, and it doesn’t matter until you get uphill ... it’s easier to leave below if there are frequent rides. With a hotel pass, the cable car is free. There is a lot of entertainment, but half of the beginning of November did not work, or it's stupid not to get there.

A wonderful place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is fine here and the spa area and the gym with a climbing wall and food and very good tactful staff. If you have any questions at the reception, everyone will tell you how many and no matter what questions you ask. A 3-minute walk from the hotel cable car - please in any direction (just find out which ones are currently operating). The service is excellent, the food is excellent, the staff is experienced and friendly. The spa area is a separate world inside the hotel. Particularly pleased with the large gym. There is a cardio zone in a separate room and a gym with a large number of exercise equipment. In the same hall there is a climbing wall, if I am not mistaken, 8 meters high with slopes of different difficulty levels. I highly recommend signing up with climbing instructor Sergey. He will help you choose the right size for special shoes, equipment for insurance, tell you the basic principles and secrets. And when you rise to the very top, Sergey, like a real coach, will tell you: "Even higher! You can do it!". We'll have to take a couple more steps to the top). If you have never climbed a climbing wall before, I would advise you to take at least 4 lessons, because on the first one you will just understand what to do, on the second you will feel your muscles, on the third you will feel confident and on the fourth you will feel the pleasure for which it was all.

Excellent hotel. Its main advantage is a luxurious view, which is unrealistic to get used to. Around only mountains and the sky, it's worth it. The staff is friendly, cleanliness is good. The rooms are excellent, bright and comfortable. The disadvantages include the complete non-compliance with the mask regime by customers and no one is following this. Also, the obvious disadvantages include the fact that the hotel clearly indicates its attachment to the SPA, but no procedures are included in the payment, a regular massage here costs 6,000 rubles.

Favorite hotel, good level, great service. But compared to last year, the food has worsened. Gone is the champagne, which created the atmosphere of the holiday, there is no fish cut, for dinner from soups there is only broth. At the same time, the price of accommodation has increased. I would like the level of services to remain with the price increase. Otherwise, a beautiful view, location, a wonderful spa area with mountain views, friendly staff creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation.
