Polyana Grand Hotel

Excellent world class hotel. 50 meter heated outdoor swimming pool in any weather. This is great. Each of the 3 buildings has its own restaurant, indoor pool, saunas and much more. The food for breakfast and dinner is just delicious. The territory is separate and very well-groomed, a lot of greenery. For hotel residents, an unlimited number of ascents and descents on the Gazprom lifts are provided. In a word, 5 stars!!!

Everything is fine, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, warm pools, a large beautiful area in greenery and flowers. A place where you want to return?

Room service, room stock, food and service in the hotel restaurants are top notch! I did not like the work of the administrators at the front desk! They do everything very slowly. Administrator Christina in building B, generally froze, made out 3 hours, and also tried to be rude! Be prepared for the fact that Federal Law-15 (on smoking) does not apply on the territory of the hotel. They smoke everywhere. On the balconies, walking around the territory, at the entrances to the buildings, in the Grand Hotel this is a normal phenomenon.

Cool. Everything is great. 5 points for everything: reception, room, pools, gyms, cable car, mountains, huskies, horses, and mountains and food, and mountains again. Just heaven on earth. For kids, it's a lot of fun...

Came here for my birthday and we loved it! Delicious food, clean rooms, amazing views and great pools. A shuttle runs from the hotel buildings to the ski lifts. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, there is a football field, a tennis court, a playground, big chess ... and much more) Special thanks to the hotel for the birthday compliment in the form of a mini-cake ?

The hotel justifies its 5 stars with a margin!!! Very chic rooms, just great views, the kitchen (we took both lunch and dinner) is just on top! I advise you to take not only breakfast, you can eat separately, although there are cafes and restaurants, but it will be much more comfortable and I think it’s more profitable in a hotel, it’s no worse, but for me it’s even better than in Turkish hotels of the same class, I really liked it! !! The views are a different story, from the balcony and in general are simply amazing, the cable car and the Galaxy entertainment center are included in the price of the hotel, I highly recommend this hotel! There are nuances, there is no free alcohol, only champagne for breakfast)) and there are no water coolers, they put 2 × 0.5 per person in the room every day, there are shops both in the Galaxy and nearby in the city about 2 km. on foot or by bus. As for alcohol, it’s clear, it’s still like a hotel where there are always a lot of athletes who come to the training camp), but it’s not clear with water, although we didn’t need it, we bought a couple of eggplants in reserve)) In all other respects, we are completely satisfied with the rest! There is a transfer to the sea from the hotel for a fee, they are transported on a large bus, towels are included, entrance to the beach, an umbrella and deck chairs are taken away, if you have lunch, then they give you lunch boxes, I will say this, they gave a lot of things, 3 bags for 2 adults and 1 reb. Half had to be left in the room. In the room, a refrigerator, a kettle and everything for tea, air conditioning, a safe, bathrobes, slippers, all sorts of things for showering and washing are reported every day))) even sets for brushing teeth?‍♂️, a trifle, but nice!) On the territory 2 outdoor pools and a large Olympic indoor, fitness room and much more, check on the site)) We are completely satisfied with the rest! ?

The room is a little Oberman, the Breakfast food of the same type, the staff is friendly, but a bit annoying when on the way to the pool ten times to have to say Hello.... Another big plus - good loud speaker in the room!!

The staff is friendly. Clean, tidy, civilized. The food is tasty and varied. I bought a beef deliciously cooked. A dream come true.
Clean swimming pools. Spacious rooms.
The only negative - the price. They are obscenely high.
