The receptionists are very friendly, the breakfasts are incredibly delicious – especially the porridge and cottage cheese. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel's complimentary birthday gift of cake, fruit, and champagne was a very nice touch. We loved everything without exception. And the lobby smells delicious.

Our favorite hotel, we've been coming here for three years now. The breakfast is a 10 out of 10, the hotel is beautiful and clean, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

A good hotel. Honestly, with stars... even more than enough! Clean, decent, and unpretentious. Breakfast was included in the room price... a buffet... A large selection, everything was delicious! They even have dumplings for breakfast. I recommend it! Thanks to the staff and owners.

Excellent hotel! Clean, well maintained. It can be seen that the hotel is being watched and kept in good condition. Special thanks to the receptionists, especially Valentina and Ekaterina) And, of course, the maids for the cleanliness of the room! And also a delicious breakfast! We are also grateful to the chefs and staff of the hall)

We stayed for a night. I was immediately impressed by the interior and cleanliness! A wonderful place, a gem of a city within walking distance of the embankment and the city center! The receptionists were wonderful and cheerful. We asked for a QR code. The room was also very neat and tidy, a little warm, but good for November. :) There was an iron and ironing board on the floor. There was a kettle with drinks in the room, and a skylight (we stayed on the top floor). At the hotel entrance, there's a pleasant green area with sofas where you can sit, eat, drink coffee, or smoke a cigarette. :) In the morning, we went down for breakfast and were even more impressed by the aesthetics of the cuisine and food! It was delicious, beautiful, and set a great mood for the day! We are very grateful to the staff; we will be back again 🤍

The administrators are very friendly, the breakfasts are incredibly tasty - especially porridge and cottage cheese. Rooms are cleaned daily. The compliment from the hotel on your birthday - cake, fruit and champagne - is very nice. I liked everything without exception. And it smells delicious in the lobby.
