Excellent hotel! Clean, well maintained. It can be seen that the hotel is being watched and kept in good condition. Special thanks to the receptionists, especially Valentina and Ekaterina) And, of course, the maids for the cleanliness of the room! And also a delicious breakfast! We are also grateful to the chefs and staff of the hall)

Immediately impressed by the interior and cleanliness! A wonderful place, decoration of the city within walking distance to the embankment and the center!

The room was also very neat tidy, a bit hot, but good for November :)

On the floor there is an iron and a board. There is a kettle with drinks in the room, a skylight (we lived on the top floor).

At the entrance to the hotel there is a pleasant green area with sofas, you can sit to eat, drink coffee, smoke a cigarette :)

In the morning we went down to breakfast and were even more impressed by the aesthetics of the cuisine and food! Very tasty, beautiful, great mood for the day!

The administrators are very friendly, the breakfasts are incredibly tasty - especially porridge and cottage cheese. Rooms are cleaned daily. The compliment from the hotel on your birthday - cake, fruit and champagne - is very nice. I liked everything without exception. And it smells delicious in the lobby.

The Mari Ball was the third place we stayed during our traditional New Year's Eve trip. Well, we could not ignore our beloved Gelendzhik protein. The location of the hotel is the embodiment of the concept of "quiet center". A couple of minutes walk to the central street of the city and five minutes to the most beautiful Gelendzhik embankment. We booked a two-room suite with a balcony. This room is located on the third floor and was pleasantly surprised by a huge balcony for both rooms, where it was pleasant to relax and have a snack during the day, since there was a table and chairs on it. I was very pleased with the quivering care of the hostess and all the staff about the guests. Our check-in began with New Year's souvenirs from the hotel. Stylish design from the entrance to the rooms, new, cleanest linen in the room, panoramic lift. Soundproofing between the rooms is very competently done, the rooms are equipped with the latest radio channel fire safety system, all corridors and the elevator are equipped with video surveillance cameras. Outsiders cannot enter the territory of the hotel, since access to the territory and rooms is carried out using a chip card key. Plus the person on duty at the reception. Separately, I would like to note a small, but very cozy, clean and stylish hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast. Service is provided on a buffet basis, a classic continental breakfast, but how varied, balanced and delicious everything is! Even when fully seated, there are no problems with cleaning used dishes and clean tables. In the convenience store located next to the hotel entrance you will always find fresh milk, drinks, bread, snacks, sweets, fruits. The balcony of the room faces the courtyards and overlooks the main street and the embankment. Next new year we decided to stay at Mari again. After all, they treat guests so warmly and caringly.
