Let's start with the fact that the room was very clean, although it was not prepared for our arrival and we were still waiting for the room to be cleaned (check-in at 14:00, we arrived at 14:10 and were still waiting). All the employees are as polite and good-natured as possible, and it is only thanks to them that I give this rating. The hotel presents itself as a SPA hotel, but no one looks after the SPA area (sauna and hammam), there are tiles on the floor and all in water, there were no replacement clean towels in the basket and during the rest + - 3 hours no one came and changed them for clean ones and did not remove the water. Even in rubber slippers, it was like a cat. By the way, we ourselves expelled water from the floor several times. The sauna itself is clean and well-maintained; the spa area has a shower, a plunge pool and a restroom (which is undoubtedly very convenient). In the room (we lived on the 1st floor) there was a smell of cat urine in the corner of the closet (the room was carpeted), not critical in terms of what smelled only at the entrance, but unpleasant. Separately, I would like to highlight the catering establishment in the hotel. The food is very tasty, straight 5+, BUT!!!! They took our order for breakfast, but before ordering they did not specify the conditions for breakfast included in the stay! We were told the menu, we made a choice and only later found out that one dish was included, and the rest for an additional fee - this was really very unpleasant, we would have ordered it anyway, since we eat heavily, but there was no way to find out about this later nice and, in principle, according to the law on consumer protection, they were not required to pay! In general, calving was a solid 3. Will we go to this hotel again - only if the accommodation costs 2000 rubles per day, I’m not ready to pay more.
