The leaders of our organization stayed at the hotel. The choice fell on this hotel due to a combination of factors, first of all, due to the availability of places during the season and on the eve of a major business event held in Gelendzhik, proximity to the sea and generally good location, availability of decent quality rooms (based on the photos presented), and, importantly, positive reviews about the hotel as a whole and about the level of service.

Problems began even before check-in - there was a discrepancy between the photos on the hotel's website and the photos they posted on the booking.com website, as well as confusion in the room categories - a standard room, it turns out, can be the number of the first category, and vice versa. We were forced to make changes to the reservation and require exactly the numbers that were selected from the photo. The hotel needs to be honest with its customers and not manipulate the information provided. The level of service was also completely disappointing - the staff was stunned by basic requests for breakfast or laundry (ironing) services. Perhaps the hotel is suitable for an overnight stay, but nothing more. Accommodation is quickly disappointing, as is staff reluctance to accommodate guests and make their stay comfortable. Now the availability of vacant places in comparison with the completely packed hotels of competitors has found its logical explanation

Liked it, I recommend it. Among the disadvantages is an inconvenient bathroom. Bath behind a narrow plastic screen. As a result, the floor is wet. I don't like disgusting, but I had to wipe the floor with a towel. For a short stay, that's it!

We ordered a Shuttle from the hotel that was supposed to wait for us, but in the end we waited for the Shuttle yourself some time. In addition, as we later found out a taxi from the airport should cost 150-200 rubles, but we were charged 700 for "waiting" and for the help with the Luggage. We went as a family and paid for two rooms: initially we had to change one of the paid rooms several times for several reasons: an unpleasant smell, broken bathroom and settlement on the ground floor, where you hear of any person passing by. The second room was lucky and did not have to change. The Breakfast was acceptable, the food is, in principle, tasty, but without fanaticism. Also during our "rest" in one of the rooms had to change the fridge, as it started leaking. The room service was just disgusting. The only thing the maids managed to do during our stay this vacuum, never changed nor the towels nor the bed linen. Also we had to call the reception several times and asked to push the bed and when they still found time to do, beds are solid as rocks due to the fact that I have removed the toppers. With the toppers was the same story, asked many times and has not yet approached the Manager of the result was empty.

Now, about the beach: you have to walk quite far and also the first day we could not find our beds as accurate information from the hotel Manager we did not get and had to go and ask. When we found the sunbeds had all day to listen to horrible music and the same together with constant ads about the variety of water rides including bananas, tablets and catamarans. We used to come early in the morning and we had to find a lounger, which wasn't much. Also, over time there was a huge amount of people to swim and, in principle, to approach the sea was almost impossible. The beds were uncomfortable and we had to buy special shoes to walk on the pebbles. The strange thing is the presence of a huge long stone in the middle of the swimming area of the sea where there were constantly people and that was painful to climb.

Pool: the pool was nice and was always available. The pool is small, but the beds were comfortable. However, unfortunately, the pool chased after 20:00.

Eventually, our family decided that we were not coming back and others do not advise.
