It is nice hotel!

Very cozy guest house. The hostess is friendly, the rooms are clean and close to the sea.

Great place. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean and tidy. I really liked the interior, the room with a balcony, and there is a table and chairs, just "fly away". The room has not only a TV and a refrigerator, but also a safe. Attentive administrator, asked many times if we needed anything. To the sea 6 minutes slowly. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with sooooo delicious food. In short: we didn’t find a better place in all of Gelendzhik, I recommend it to all my friends for a stay, everyone is happy !!!!

+ clean, daily cleaning, proximity to Platanovaya Alley, delicious and hearty breakfast, friendly staff, kettle in the room, dishes. On the floor there is a washing machine and an iron. The price includes a jacuzzi.
- dishonesty of the administration: initially they booked a triple room, but after they closed the borders with Turkey and announced non-working days between the May holidays, we were denied booking on the pretext that "the doors in the shower stall were broken" (although in that room, worse than the category , the doors were plastic !!) with the wording "we will not charge you a fine for not checking in." At the same time, we were already on the road! And so they were forced to settle for a room of the worst category.
If you want to sleep well, then this is not here: they lodge with dogs and small children. In particular, one day the child burst into tears, and dad, instead of calming him (it was already 23.00), simply said, "Now mom will come." It is clear that the child continued to be hysterical. The dog joined by barking ... All this is perfectly audible behind the closed door.
Towels were never changed in three days.

We rested in March (we got into the rainy week, but this did not spoil the impression of the rest).
A huge plus was that Andrei Anatolyevich, the owner of the hotel, met us from the bus station by car, he was good-natured and friendly, took a short tour of Gelendzhik, helped us with our things and found a cozy room with a balcony.
I liked the delicious breakfasts according to the * set - menu * system, the waitresses are attentive, they served the dish on time. (half an hour before the start of work, on Sunday, they set our table so that we could have time for a long excursion) 👍🏻.
Service is good, individual approach to each guest, rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned daily. Home atmosphere ❤️.
The hotel is located not far from the center, there are shops, cafes and bus stops nearby. The central embankment is 15 minutes away.
We would like to thank and recommend the hotel * Imperial * for a comfortable stay and relaxation. 5/5.
