Located in the center of the Hot Key, it is located quickly. There are parking spaces, quite cozy. Very clean, reasonably friendly staff. Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is excellent, the only thing that confused: "For breakfast, tables without tablecloths", so we were informed ... What will happen next !? No spoons or no chairs :-) But it is, grunt. Good hotel.
We were a couple of times in a restaurant, I will not say about the hotel. Delicious! They try to keep the brand.

Clean and comfortable hotel, good breakfasts, great location. At 11.30 they could not enter the room for things - the keys were already blocked.
The Provence... and that says a lot! Wonderful hotel and restaurant, friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful rooms! Everything is fine and the location, and the service and the food and the rooms! Come and enjoy a Hot Key!

Good service. With a friend we had dinner at 10000 RUB.. Two salads, two steaks, a bottle of dry red wine, tea
August 8, around 9 PM I went to dine at this institution. For 15 minutes we do no one noticed. And I don't think I would have noticed if the company at the next table not be sent a messenger. To them and we were approached by the waiters. Order accepted and once again left us waiting. About the time of readiness no fame not put... So it took another 35-40 minutes. It is worth noting that the order was for a couple of thousand a penny, which, I think, for a Hot-Key is quite a good check. After almost an hour of waiting, had to cancel order and leave. Impressions about the "Provence" the most negative - the administration to work on training staff. Well, I do not have the owners to lose money because of the sloppiness and laziness of employees.
Like a good cook and I try to apply nice and the waiters smile, but the service is terribly long. Went to eat dessert with tea. Dealt with them for 10 minutes, and spent over an hour waiting. All very time-consuming. Waiting menu, order, invoice, delivery just a shouting match. Three times was here and never left satisfied.
Unreasonably high prices. Not always appropriate music. You can often find "restless" visitors.
