Located in the center of the Hot Key, it is located quickly. There are parking spaces, quite cozy. Very clean, reasonably friendly staff. Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is excellent, the only thing that confused: "For breakfast, tables without tablecloths", so we were informed ... What will happen next !? No spoons or no chairs :-) But it is, grunt. Good hotel.

August 8, around 9 PM I went to dine at this institution. For 15 minutes we do no one noticed. And I don't think I would have noticed if the company at the next table not be sent a messenger. To them and we were approached by the waiters. Order accepted and once again left us waiting. About the time of readiness no fame not put... So it took another 35-40 minutes. It is worth noting that the order was for a couple of thousand a penny, which, I think, for a Hot-Key is quite a good check. After almost an hour of waiting, had to cancel order and leave. Impressions about the "Provence" the most negative - the administration to work on training staff. Well, I do not have the owners to lose money because of the sloppiness and laziness of employees.

Like a good cook and I try to apply nice and the waiters smile, but the service is terribly long. Went to eat dessert with tea. Dealt with them for 10 minutes, and spent over an hour waiting. All very time-consuming. Waiting menu, order, invoice, delivery just a shouting match. Three times was here and never left satisfied.
