They answer promptly. Did not rest, because the child was ill. the cancellation was made without a penalty, although it was under the terms of the Booking service. Thank you.

Friendly staff and nice pool. Breakfast for 4, though, and varied. Clean, but for the price you can find a better hotel on the coast.

Great, cozy hotel! Great location. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Delicious hearty breakfast right there on the floor! We will definitely come back to you again!

We arrived for a day. Loved the place. Cozy rooms, there is, which is very convenient, an ironing board and an iron in the room. Great pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna. I also took a "three teas" wrap and a face massage. I liked it very much. Recommended! From wishes: to add a couple of tea bags and a shower cap to the rooms (for the first time it was required, but it was not), but the shoe sponge was...

The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, everything corresponds to the description on the website and the photo, the only thing I didn't like was the service at the reception, the girls weren't always friendly and didn't always provide help, and also what was not in the room iron, I had to go down from the fourth floor to the second just to iron things...

Love small hotels like this one. Everything is good: the location, the cuisine, the service in the cafe, and the SPA area. The disadvantages are purely symbolic: there were no spoons for shoes and the transformer booth was buzzing in the morning under the windows, and there were also little things)))

Everything is fine, only In the sauna, the floor is shaking. Could have repaired

I liked it very much. Clean and comfortable. They were friendly. The pool and sauna are great.

Nice place to stay for a few nights. Clean and comfortable rooms, good location.

We were a couple of times in a restaurant, I will not say about the hotel. Delicious! They try to keep the brand.

Located in the center of the Hot Key, it is located quickly. There are parking spaces, quite cozy. Very clean, reasonably friendly staff. Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is excellent, the only thing that confused: "For breakfast, tables without tablecloths", so we were informed ... What will happen next !? No spoons or no chairs :-) But it is, grunt. Good hotel.

Delicious. Good service. Nice waiter. Calm environment. Pleasant music. What I was looking for

Clean and comfortable hotel, good breakfasts, great location. At 11.30 they could not enter the room for things - the keys were already blocked.

Good service. With a friend we had dinner at 10000 RUB.. Two salads, two steaks, a bottle of dry red wine, tea

The Provence... and that says a lot! Wonderful hotel and restaurant, friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful rooms! Everything is fine and the location, and the service and the food and the rooms! Come and enjoy a Hot Key!

In general, good! Cozy room for two. Large comfortable bed. But! .. For those who are going to settle for a long time, I recommend taking a hair dryer with you! The morning was ruined when I went to take a shower. The stop was unscheduled, with only things. I had to use what was in the room. Shampoo-conditioner and shower gel 10ml. 3 packs were not enough for medium length hair. Product quality is...

I really liked the hotel. Combination of self-service and service. I wanted to drink coffee or tea, I cooked myself porridge. At the same time very kind hospitable staff allowed with a dog. Prosperity to such establishments, personnel worthy of payment. Hotel Dobra💙

Not the first time we stop here. Everything is always great. But, this time it was not possible to rest, as one of the guests decided to smoke in the corridor at night and the smoke went through the cracks under the doors into the rooms. Naturally, this caused discontent and noise. But, this is a special case. In general, there is a clean kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, an excellent...

Polite treatment, clean linen. But the TV doesn't work

Not a bad hotel, there is a kitchen, comfortable rooms.

Polite and nice staff! Everything is clean, tidy and very comfortable!

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium for a responsible attitude to work, for cleanliness, kindness In particular, it is worth paying attention to the well-coordinated work of administrators, a big bow to the work of massage therapists for their patience and professionalism. Keep it up!!!!

We came to Klyuch to strengthen the child's health. We rented an apartment and wanted to take courses in a sanatorium. But in none, except Russia, we were given the opportunity to attend health-improving procedures - there is no registration in Goryachy Klyuch, there is no temporary registration, there is no certificate from a doctor, etc. In the Rus sanatorium everything was chosen optimally - baths...

I want to express my gratitude to the masseur of this sanatorium, Andrei Mikhailovich, and the cosmetologist Tatiana, these are people with a big heart, kind hands, and they are professionals in their field. You can trust them with your health. She took off the stars because of an unpleasant incident with the security guard Sergei, who made a rude remark, completely forgetting that this is a medical...

A very cozy restaurant. Excellent service and wonderful cuisine. There is a small separate room for a company of up to 10 people, where you can have a great business meeting or sit in a pleasant company of loved ones.

Take a calm and good rest from work and worries

It is not noticeable that this is a modern, private sanatorium, nothing has changed since Soviet times, except for the intimidated, tensely polite staff.

I went from Tuapse specially to the hairdresser, rested here in November, cut my hair, now only to Olya in the Foothills! A very good master! She cuts both men and women. Thank her for her work. Highly recommend!!

For the price / quality, an excellent option for recovery and treatment in a comfortable environment. The helpful staff tries to do everything for our holiday!

Nice, clean, there is a cafe for every taste.

Loved the sanatorium. Cleanliness, daily housekeeping. The buffet is varied and healthy. For me, if every day there is cheese, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausages, vegetables, then the service draws 5 stars. Medical base in and accommodation in one building. Great repair. They are probably too lazy to get accredited and increase their stardom. They specialize in osteoarticular, digestive...
