The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, everything corresponds to the description on the website and the photo, the only thing I didn't like was the service at the reception, the girls weren't always friendly and didn't always provide help, and also what was not in the room iron, I had to go down from the fourth floor to the second just to iron things...

Love small hotels like this one. Everything is good: the location, the cuisine, the service in the cafe, and the SPA area. The disadvantages are purely symbolic: there were no spoons for shoes and the transformer booth was buzzing in the morning under the windows, and there were also little things)))

If I go to Goryachy Klyuch, I will only stay in Guest Houses. And the grocery store is close...
