Clean roomy. Each room has air conditioning, TV set.
Kettle, non-presso coffee maker with restocking in the room.
The hotel itself is great. Objectively, it was a surprise for me to see this. The hotels in many major resort towns should learn from this place. The interiors are lovely. There is a heated pool.
Breakfasts, despite the fact that it is out of season and there are practically no guests, are chic and tasty.

We rested for a week. Nice, new, clean hotel. The location, taking into account the size of Kabardinka, is good. Parking lots are open (there are two of them) - take an awning. Everything in the room is efficient, good cleaning, there is a safe, only a kettle is missing. Breakfasts and lunches with a buffet: tasty, very varied, there are herbs, fruits, but some dishes are missing by the end of the meal. The coffee machine is too small and stops frequently. A couple of days there was wine at breakfast and lunch. You can eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. Nice pool, open in the evenings. The pool cafe is quite decent. All liked it. If we happen to come again, we will definitely stop at this hotel!

Excellent hotel. Spacious room, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, detergents, beach towel, cleaning every day. Own heated pool, sauna. Panoramic restaurant on the 6th floor. Oliva cafe by the pool. To the embankment 7 minutes on foot. The staff are attentive and helpful.

Great hotel. Friendly staff at the reception but not in the dining room. The room is decent, everything is clean. Breakfast buffet is a decent choice. But we dined in other places, as the cost is 500 rubles, but the dishes are simple and definitely not for this amount. I recommend this hotel.

The whole family rested in this hotel from 19 to 28 July 2021. I read different reviews here, so we want to add our own. The staff works perfectly, they settled us in the room earlier than it should be, the rooms are clean and tidy every day. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant every day, the cuisine is excellent, varied and delicious. During our stay there the bed was changed 3 times, the furniture was new and the equipment. In short, we are delighted with the hotel and the rest in it, even the children ask to come here again!

There were three of us at the beginning of July 2021, a child of 13 years old. Standard double room with a view of the city and mountains, an extra bed was installed, it is quite comfortable. Overall, the impression is good. The room is small, the bed, the pillows are comfortable, there are slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, on the balcony there is comfortable furniture from a rattan, a dryer. Cleaning and change of towels daily, linen every 3 days, clean well, constantly wipe something, railings, sun loungers, doors. Breakfast included, lunch buffet at extra cost. The food is good, there is not much variety, but everything is delicious for my taste. The staff is polite, helpful, even the cleaning ladies, special thanks to the administrator Kira at the reception. The pool is small, there is a separate one for small children, warm, sun beds, towels can be taken on a deposit. Oliva cafe by the pool, cooked on coals pretty well, a bar, you can drink tea, there are desserts. The beaches in Kabardinka are very crowded, not far from the hotel, we chose the Coral beach, sun loungers 200 r one for the whole day, clean, there is a shower, toilet, changing rooms, swimming areas for children are fenced, there is a bar.
Wishes in my personal opinion:
somehow isolate neighboring balconies from each other, because they are simply separated by railings, everything is in plain sight. Can install polycarbonate screens ..
-I am a vegetarian, so provide something on the menu for people like me. For breakfast, provide some other fruits, besides apples, pears and oranges, as well as dried fruits and nuts. At lunchtime, you can make at least one soup without meat, for example mushroom, vegetable .. Dishes that are at breakfast (mashed potatoes, olives, corn, zucchini pancakes, beans) are better to offer for lunch, this is more logical. I personally would rather eat it at lunch ...

Nice hotel with Greek management. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean room, territory. Large pool. Cleaned every day. Cleaning is good. The breakfasts are super! For lunch for 500 rubles. The wine buffet is varied every day with a Greek touch of the menu. Not far from the sea. Access to all beaches within 1.6 km. There is a promenade 300 meters away. But quiet and comfortable .... Okay ...
