We were in this hotel for the New Year holidays 2021-2022, a large company with children. We were disappointed with the reception of the hotel management. The declared New Year's banquet, discussed in advance, was abruptly interrupted at one in the morning by hotel workers. Employees turned off the lights, began to move tables, take away food and drive a large group of guests out of the banquet hall. Obviously, the employees decided that it was time for them to go home, but no one thought about the guests.
This, to put it mildly, inhospitable attitude continued further.
The level of comfort was low: they cleaned the room once in 9 days of stay, there were not enough dishes.
And most importantly, the attitude towards us was like uninvited guests, unnecessary and hateful.
The owner of the hotel, without embarrassment, in a rude manner, showed that only his personal friends living in the hotel were important to him, and he took care of whose comfortable rest he took care of. We were outside of his interests, although we paid 20 thousand for each day of our stay.
Malevolence, and often outright rudeness - that's the hallmark of this hotel.
Beware: this hotel only needs your money, and you are not welcome there.
This, to put it mildly, inhospitable attitude continued further.

We rested on New Year's holidays 21-22 with a large company.
An excellent view from the windows, if you are lucky with the room, a nice pool and these are two pluses.
The hotel is far from everything (shops, cafes, etc.) and strongly "uphill", while the restaurant in the hotel takes orders until 18.30-18.45, after "it's late", i.e. nowhere to eat and nothing to buy. And all the service is about the same.
Cleaning was done once in 9 days. Towels were also changed once.
But the main task of the "ordinary" guests of the hotel is not to interfere with the rest of the staff and other "respected guests". At the same time, "respect" is determined solely by the staff.
A pleasant exception is only the chef Anna, for which special thanks to her, and for the delicious breakfasts, of course, too.
I do not want to return!

Staying here for the 3rd time. And I'll come again. The hotel is at an altitude of 750m above sea level. Views Fantastic. Excellent huge rooms (70m2) with their own kitchen, an open view terrace with a barbecue, where we baked trout, an indoor heated pool. Friendly staff. Many places for hiking (dolmens and a cascade of waterfalls nearby). To the ski lifts 10 minutes by taxi (300r). I recommend

Rested from 14 to 15 September, celebrated another wedding anniversary. The hotel is very beautiful, everything is clean, very comfortable, the rooms are large and chic. Large pool. The food is very tasty, the breakfasts are super. Special thanks to the staff, all polite, helpful, friendly, people who love their job. We are delighted, we hope to be back. The photos are all true.

Perfect quite and cozy hotel with roofed pool and sauna. For now it last building on the street and just Forest and mountains around. Perfect hiking trails start simple from backyard.

Stunning views from the windows. Quiet, away from the rest of the houses, parking in the courtyard of the hotel.
