Krasnodar Marriott Hotel in Krasnodar

We stayed at this luxurious hotel from April 24th to 26th. We rented a room on the 10th floor with a view of Krasnaya Street. We admired the views both day and night. Although we got an adjoining room, we were lucky with our neighbor; everything was quiet. The soundproofing, of course, was terrible... The room, like the rest of the hotel, was clean. The bathroom had basic toiletries and information that if you need dental or shaving kits, they will be provided. During routine cleaning, they changed the robes and slippers. Tea, coffee, and water are also replenished. The tea is very good quality. The breakfast is delicious with fruit, fresh juices, and champagne; the selection of dishes, I think, will satisfy everyone. There were more people on Sunday, but there were still free tables. We visited the restaurant on the 21st floor: a beautiful view, delicious seafood, but expensive, especially the alcohol. We went to the spa three times a day because the weather was more like autumn 😀. The spa shower has a full toiletries kit: gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving kit, and a comb. We always made a reservation for the pool in advance. When booking our room, we also reserved a parking space. A special feature: the transparent elevator. I'd like to mention the very attentive and responsive staff, including Anna, Anastasia, and Darina at reception; special thanks to them for their help.

+ Perfect location, in the heart of the city. Nice staff. Clean and big room with everything you need for a perfect stay. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options.
- Because it was during the weekend, wasn’t park place for our car. They recommended us to book it with a week ahead.

- - a little tired FO staff - we visited the hotel specifically to SPA relax, but no one warned us at the time of booking or upon arrival that the hammam and salt room were not working. This ruined the impression of the hotel. - Pool also tis also not designed for room fund.

Super! Breakfast is very varied and tasty, lots of fruits, vegetables, fresh juices, bruts, cheeses and snacks. Friendly staff. Good numbers. Comfortable beds. In the room there is a kettle with a set, an ironing board. Location - couldn't be better. I recommend!

There is a marking of one and a half meters, at the entrance to the restaurant you can take gloves and a mask, a disposable disinfectant wipe. The restaurant also encourages social distancing. On the second floor there are halls for conferences and seminars, they also have antiseptics. In the spa area, you must pre-register so that the number of people present there at the same time is not large, for security reasons, the Hammam is closed. Good size room with a double bed and a large LCD TV. There is an additional sofa and a table with a chair, it is a pity that there is no socket near it. In the bathroom - two sets of three towels + towels on the floor, good cosmetics - shampoo, shower gel, body milk, soap and shower caps. Excellent breakfast - a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, meat cheese cuts, two types of salted fish, egg porridge, stewed vegetables, sausages, bacon, separate small sandwiches, a lot of various pastries. Freshly squeezed juices of three types are served - grapefruit, orange, carrot, good coffee from a coffee machine. Cutlery is packed in a paper envelope. One of the best breakfasts I've seen in a hotel in a long time. On the 3rd floor there is a spa area with a large pool and sauna. A large gym with exercise equipment, a salt room. A very interesting panoramic outdoor elevator that quickly takes you up to the 21st floor. Overall a great hotel in the city center. Mariot is a level, everything is good here, the place is excellent. Worked in a conference hall and conducted team building. Everything is on the level, the guys keep their brand. I don’t know how they have numbers, but I know the network should also be level)
