The event was held at your Forum Plaza hotel! The staff is friendly and everyone is nice and smiling! On August 21, my partners and I underwent training there. The waiters work well and the bartender is friendly! The only downside for me is that I wanted to stay there with my daughter, but they asked for a certificate of the corona vaccine, I, sorry, do not participate in such an experiment. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. I agree that not everything is so smooth in the world, everyone decides for themselves whether this vaccine is needed or not. And there is a lot to talk about on this topic. Thank you very much for your attention and friendliness.

Good hotel! Clean - for me it is a priority. The hotel staff - all are responsive, ready to help, friendly. We stayed in a business room. The entrance area downstairs is being reconstructed, so it is a bit noisy on the first floor, but it is temporary :) Thank you for your hospitality, Krasnodar and Forum!

Good hotel. We stayed there on our way to Sochi by car. Clean, nice room, polite staff, decent buffet breakfast, big parking lot.

Good hotel. Reception is friendly, everything is to the point, well done. The shower stand was broken, the hydromassage jets did not work, breakfasts are below average, the selection is not large and the aunt stands there watching who puts how much on the plate, she watches very carefully. But when the restaurant is open, everything is good: the food is served and tasty and average in price and the waitress is great. Of the three types of draft beer on the menu, only one was available. But I was there in winter, maybe that's why?

I was at an event in the conference hall on the 9th floor. The level of the hall is very decent. Cloakroom, reception, large beautiful hall, everything you need for business meetings. Also in the restaurant we had a special service, menu and service at a high level. The hotel has a large parking lot, very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Good and helpful staff. I ate at the restaurant and liked everything. The only thing I didn't like was that they wrote on the menu that it was wild mushroom soup, but the waiter politely warned that it was mushroom soup. It is a pity that there is no local beer. So all is well. The rooms are clean and provided with everything you need. The breakfasts are also excellent.
