Thanks to the hotel staff! We had a wonderful family vacation, our three-year-old was very happy, and so were we! Every day there are activities for children and adults! There's a play area! Everything is always clean, the staff is very friendly, and you feel right at home. There are generally accepted hotel rules, and everyone follows them, which guarantees order (WELL DONE, the management!). The pool is always clean, and we enjoyed swimming every day. The dining room, while modest, was delicious! We will recommend you!

Excellent hotel, has everything. The pool is open until 11:00 PM, which is a big plus, and it's warm and large. There are no pool rules. The rooms are cozy and spacious. There's a good refrigerator. There's a kettle, slow cooker, microwave, and water cooler on the floor.

We stayed with our 12-year-old child in July 2023 and loved the hotel! We had a standard room, in a wooden mini-building. The service was worth the price! People are talking about a hairdryer and slippers)) Get ready!! Otherwise, everything is clean and cozy! The grounds are nice, and the huge pool is a plus. I didn't really like the dining room, but that's not a deal-breaker; there are plenty of competitors nearby)) The water park is nearby, and the city center is nearby!! We're planning to come back here again this year!

First class hotel with a warm pool! Convenient location. Shops, a water park, the center literally a stone's throw away. 15 minutes walk from the sea. Rooms with all conveniences. Bright, clean, with a balcony and a beautiful view.

I was with my family at this hotel from 07/05/15/07. We were very satisfied !!! Cleanliness! Liked the mattresses new and very comfortable. I also want to note the excellent sound insulation, which is very important for a normal holiday. Timely cleaning - every 5th day. Spacious balconies. The attention of the staff, comfortable rooms, everything you need is present. Delicious homemade food in the dining room. 700 meters to the sea, we liked this walk. we’ll come to Laura-Sochi by all means, I recommend it to everyone!

We have been staying at this wonderful hotel for several years now. The rooms are clean - cleaning was done on request (for 10 days we were cleaned twice, but we didn’t need more). The hosts are very hospitable, polite, responsive, non-confrontational people - always ready to compromise. The staff is attentive, kind and responsive. Comfortable rooms with a shower (soap and shampoo are provided for the first time), a toilet, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV in each room. The rooms are cozy with a balcony and a beautiful view (on the one hand to the mountains, and on the other - to the park). On each floor there is an ironing board with an iron and a water cooler. In the courtyard there is a good, inexpensive dining room. On the territory of the hotel there is a wonderful children's playground, and billiards for adults. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free. If you need a hair dryer, you can ask the administrator. The sea is located in 15-20 minutes of a quiet walk to a clean beach. Nearby within walking distance of the Nautilus water park, a food market in the yard and a mountain river (which is a good alternative during a storm at sea).
