Eco-friendly hotel "Lake Divnoe" best recreates the atmosphere of a country holiday, combining old traditions and modern comfort. Fresh sea breeze, clean mountain water and natural products of the farms will fill you with energy and health. Amazing eco-Park Ozero Divnoe will give the opportunity every day to spend time with friends, family, children in the heart of the unusual ecosystems, combining sea, river, mountain and lake landscapes. Observation of its inhabitants will return you to the natural rhythm of life and full of inner harmony.

Located in the resort village Lazarevskoe, Sochi, on the Black sea. Private fenced secured territory is 7 hectares and adjoins the scenic, natural, freshwater lakes in 1.5 ha.

Consists of five 2-storey cottages (wooden house) has 40 rooms. Each room has a private entrance and veranda.

2-bed standard room. In room: shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, double or twin beds, balcony or terrace with summer furniture;
2-bed 2-room Suite. In room: shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, double bed and sofa, balcony or terrace with summer furniture;

4-bed 2-storey cottage. The cottage: two bedrooms, living room, ground floor bathroom with shower on the second floor with a bath in each room, TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, mini kitchen.

Beach: pebble resort is located 100 m from the hotel.

On the hotel territory: cafe on the lake with outdoor deck, pizzeria, gazebo for BBQ, Parking, sauna complex on the lake, outdoor swimming pool with mineral water (during his work), use of the beach equipment and hammocks on site, fitness area

A good resting place with its own well-groomed green area in log houses. Good buffet meals, you can choose breakfast or 3 meals a day. Pool with clean cool water, heated children's pool. There is a bathhouse for a fee. Nice, quiet rooms overlooking the pool. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so in the evening and in the morning there are many mosquitoes in the room (with the window open). The complete set of soap accessories depends on the maid.
If you eat for the first time, carefully look at the correspondence of the booked room and the provided one, a substitution for worse conditions is possible without warning. I found out about this only when leaving :( but it's a pity I liked the place.

A very beautiful place! On the territory of the park there is a beautiful lake, in it swans swim - though they saw only one, geese, ducks. There are covered seating areas with tables and benches. Gazebos. Fresh clean air!

On the one hand, a good place - a large area, rooms are cheaper, there are spacious, more expensive, buffet, which is not often found on our coast, a relatively civilized beach with free sun loungers, awning, freshwater showers, etc. It can be seen that they are trying to be cool, albeit a kind of institution. On the other hand, there are a lot of shortcomings that are obvious and strange that they exist at all. The food from the buffet is cheap and mostly not tasty, the audibility in the rooms is crazy, the paths are not enough, and those that are some are narrow - do not disperse with the oncoming, on the territory of the gazebo only for smokers, if with a child in a stroller sat down to sit in the shade - be prepared to argue with smokers, because this is "their place", the receptionist is not very friendly. Well, the cherry on the cake is a rocky, cobbled beach. I am sure that humanity knows how to make the beach at least small pebbles. But this is not about Lazarevskaya ... With all this, the price tag in "Wonderful" is not small ... So it seems good, but I personally would not like to return.

Well equipped recreation area on a small lake. There is a ton of entertainment for children and adults. Gazebos, restaurant, fishing. Unfortunately, nothing works in winter, but there is no information about it ...

Restaurant Pasternak HORROR - minus 5 stars !!!!! The hotel itself is GREAT with a very pleasant green area, the deluxe rooms are large, air-conditioned, cozy. But, one big fat minus is the parsnip restaurant, a tired boy waiter, unfortunately there was no badge, forgot to bring part of the order, the wait was 1 hour 15 minutes, with half empty, God forbid, a third full restaurant, the dishes were ordered the most ordinary, with barbecue, but there was a feeling that they were sent to the mountains, after several requests to bring at least food to the child, brought cold pasta, without an apology or any explanation, the same waiter with a crooked face ... 100% lack of desire to work and at least some kind of customer focus ... a conversation with the general manager did not change the situation much. Therefore, I advise the hotel, and recommend to turn the restaurant aside.

Interesting place,if with the territory all finished early,pleased to more. The food was good,but no fruit,we do not understand their absence in the family room no balcony-why??? The staff tries to lure customers to the hotel to rest your work,well done.

The cafe-restaurant is pleasantly surprised by the attention, interesting serving of delicious dishes, the grill is always on top. It is especially nice to be in the restaurant in the low season, silence, nature, we even turned off the music, only we and the sound of the storm remained, who love nature and solitude with loved ones, but do not want to be left without benefits and comfort, I recommend this place to you. Prices are in principle very loyal. Good to all.

Went to the restaurant the lake divnoe to eat for the money. The waiters are clean-specifically told us to lazily work! Guest service, and you are strangers we are not interested! And it's at 18: 00. It is unclear why then the sign on the way out? Lousy...
