The price matches the quality. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the sea is 10 meters from the balcony. The staff is friendly, polite, even in the morning)). True, they did not wait for hot water .. I don’t know what it’s connected with, they bathed in lukewarm water. I walked on the floor in white socks, turned black, reprimand to the maids, the floors can be washed ... but everything...

Every well localized hotel... and nice staff

Has an amazing private beach and beautiful few from your room. Their room is clean and wide.

Even very good. Sleeping under the sound of the surf. Purely. The staff is polite.

The hotel is saved only by the location by the sea. For three days there was not a single cleaning, our room was very large. A stupid waste of meters. It’s uncomfortable. The guys who came with us settled in a room 3 times smaller than ours. They had a very cold room. I would not recommend this hotel as a winter destination.

This is the best hotel I visited, very polite staff, delicious breakfasts and Lunches, and there is also a restaurant at the hotel, there are always beautiful sunsets, just cannot stop looking at, very quiet and romantic place

Wonderful place. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy courtyard, attentive and polite staff. Delicious breakfast made from quality products, lunch and dinner are cooked to order. Very convenient location. To the city beach 5 minutes walk.

Not a bad hotel, hardly more than two stars, but clean, comfortable beds, two towels. There are soap and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, glass mugs and glasses. The breakfast included in the accommodation includes one or two hot dishes, porridge + cheesecake, scrambled eggs and ham, and something else like that. There is cheese, sausage, yogurt, fruits, pastries, muesli. Tea bags, instant and boiled coffee...

Number 204 sucks! Breakfast class !! Overall, I liked the hotel, so 4 stars. Special thanks for the vitamin table, I have not yet met such a good breakfast, at a cost of living 1700r / day! Last weekend I was at the Romanov Hotel, also nearby, the breakfast there is just awful - semolina and gingerbread - just food rubbish !!! Convenient location. Breakfast is delicious and varied and not expensive. And the most wonderful thing: we were given a late check-out. It was very nice 🙏

We really liked the Golden House Hotel! And especially the very kind staff. We have not met such sincere benevolence in Russian hotels for a long time! Breakfast and dinner, ordered separately, were wonderful and could be ordered at any time. Thank you very much Golden House !!!

Receptionists were very nice, even though they only spoke russian. Room was ok too, even though we sorta had to make the bed ourselves every time and the comforter was kinda gross looking and old so we did not use it. Shower was extremely small. Also the location was not ideal, no taxi knew where it was and the road looked like it hadn't been paved in a long time. Very hard to get to.
