We stayed at the hotel in early September 2023. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but our vacation was marred by a hot water outage for 5 days! The hotel administration did not report the reasons, it is not clear whether this is an annual outage or not. We are going to Sochi this year also in September, we could come back here, but last year's cold shower stops us! ))

Hotel on a busy street. Within walking distance "Pyaterochka". The hotel has been well renovated. Booked a two-room suite. The room is more than spacious, good furniture, three TVs, refrigerator, safe, desk, air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfasts (300 rubles / buffet) - in the restaurant "Tbiliso" located in the same building. Probably because of the off-season, breakfasts...

Excellent hotel. Comfortable, excellent cleaning. The food is delicious.. The staff is attentive. Very quiet.. You can't hear anything from the street. The only thing is that you can hear all the neighbors .. But, I think this is a trifle.

The front desk ignored my request about the mattress 2 days in a row, the mattress was really bad and in some parts caved right through, tried to tell them to come and take a look at this but no one cared, staff is more content on keeping their eyes on their phones all day, the sounds from other rooms around is bad, basically very minimal isolation between rooms, the location is a one way street where...
