I did not find any advantages, except that the sea is close.

1) Dirty room - after cleaning it still remains dirty. Dust is everywhere, wherever it can be, the windows are dirty inside and out.
2) Dirty dishes in the room: in the room there are 2 glasses, a jug and a plate. There was dirt in both glasses, greasy stains on the plate.
3) The air conditioner is located on the side of the bed, the air direction does not work on it because it is broken, be careful, it can blow out. And there are doubts about the timely maintenance of the air conditioning system.
4) Shower and toilet - in the shower I was waiting for a loose shower holder and a rusty shelf for shampoos, etc., the water pressure leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, they forgot to strengthen the toilet bowl with a sealant so that it does not stagger, the sound of water flushing is comparable to the sounds of a dying whale for 5 minutes.
Water flows from under the sink and in the evening a puddle of water gathers on the floor.

There is no wifi on the third floor, the administrator assures me that I have bad devices and they need to be rebooted.

The cafe at the motel near Zaur is tough
Service is EXTREMELY long, even if there are 3 tables, everyone is running around in the hustle and bustle, I don't know what to serve when. The prices are the same as in Moscow, the quality is 3/10, the taste is 4/10.

I ordered pizza and lulia kebab waited 1 hour for pizza, they said lulia would be in 10 minutes, went to the waitress after 40 minutes, it turned out that they did not start cooking, 2 hours wasted time, although there were about 6 visitors. Ordered Caesar salad with tiger shrimps for 430r. They brought anything but not that of the menu. Lettuce leaf in lettuce is rotten with blackness, apparently it has been lying for a long time. Shrimp in the salad is fiery, although requested a cold appetizer. There was no cheese in the salad as such, some kind of shavings.
