Location: on a hill on the shore of the Black sea in Dederkoy village, 7 km to the South of Tuapse, 130 km from Sochi airport.
Consists of three buildings.
The hotel has 106 rooms.
Beach: own pebble beach, in 100 m from the hotel (1 coastline). To the beach you can walk down the stairs (about 400 pieces) two paths - the "path of health". Paid procedures, of course, are noticeably different, and the attitude of the same nurse, but in a paid office, changes. Rooms with paid procedures are more comfortable (for 3+).
Faced the fact that when ordering paid intravenous IV drips, they tried to pierce my vein with a bent needle! How can a person make a puncture without even looking at the needle of the system ??? In general, there are problems with the staff.
Change the place of the reception to completely change everyone, at my request - she braids her colleague's braids, okay? We were very unhappy that I came to ask where you can drink water, because in our building they didn't change it on time. There are a lot of disadvantages, and all to the staff. There were many situations and all ended in negative from the staff.
Well, the room .... the room is NOT cleaned every day! Once every 4 days, the governess came in, put the toilet paper, changed 2 towels from the floor.
They did NOT vacuum, nobody wiped the dust, did not touch the bed. And ants live in the room! If you open the balcony, then there are other insects.
