Zelenaya Roshcha Health Resort in Sochi

We rested in the sanatorium Zelenaya Roshcha for two weeks in October 2021. Check-in at 12.00, check-out at 10.00. We lived on the 14th floor of the main building. The view from the balcony is superb. There is free wifi.
Territory. There is a lot of vegetation on the territory, which is well looked after. Many benches, swings - one at the elevator - descent to the sea, the second - at the building of the main building. The air is saturated with the smell of pine needles. Due to being on the mountain, the sanatorium buildings are connected with the help of elevators and passages. Keep in mind that if in building 2 the second floor is the reception, then in the third building it will be the third or fourth floor.
Sea and beach. Due to the fact that the resort is located on a mountain, the descent to the sea is carried out with the help of four elevators, then a long tunnel under the highway and the railway. On the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are all free. They may ask for a spa card or a business card, as people from a nearby hotel can pass and take sunbeds. They are identified by their lack of blue towels. About them a little later. There is a cafe "Veterok". Not expensive and delicious. Descent to the sea is open until 24.00.
Room cleaning. Every day they brought two 0.5 liters of water without gas and changed towels. Change of linen every three or four days. Vacuumed and washed floors. Blue towels - for the beach, change every day if you leave them in the room. We had cleaning in the morning, we were at breakfast, when we returned, everything had already been changed. Perhaps not everyone is so lucky.
Honey. Center. At the end of the first day, we received a call from the medical center and were told that the sanatorium card was ready. We took her the next day. A day later, we had an appointment with a doctor who prescribed procedures according to our sanatorium card and the disease. If suddenly you miss some procedure, you will not be scolded for it. If you are going to the pool, then green towels are given out at the entrance - you leave the spa card as a deposit, you take the towel. Towels are issued in the medical building next to the hydropathic, in front of the entrance to the pool.
Food. The food is homemade, nothing overcooked. All boiled, stewed. Cutlets are just fire. If you come to the beginning, then you may not get anything and will have to wait for a new delivery of food. We came in 15-20 minutes after the start of the dining room, and sometimes 30 minutes after the start of lunch, breakfast or dinner. There are fewer people, more choice of places, all the dishes are on the spot. Delivery every 15 minutes somewhere. For breakfast, porridge, every day different - with milk or water to choose from. A lot of vegetables, just chopped - tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, grated carrots with prunes. They were served three times a day. Cottage cheese casserole, cutlets or meatballs, dumplings, pancakes with meat or cottage cheese, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Salads are mostly without dressing, light, you can take the dressing yourself. There are pastries, but you have to catch the moment when they take it out. Understand quickly. For lunch, soups, vegetables, meat or chicken dishes, side dishes are different. Basically the same for dinner. There are no complaints about food, everything was fine with digestion. From drinks - juices with or without sugar, rose hips, kefir for dinner, coffee, tea, cocoa, milk were put for breakfast in a jug. Lemon for tea. Tables with food are placed end to wall, approach from two sides. Not many people follow the sequence, be prepared for the fact that they can crawl in front of you.
Excursions. From the sanatorium Rutt's travel agency is taken on excursions. There is an excursion to Stalin's dacha for 150 rubles, it is a 10-minute walk from the sanatorium. You can buy tickets at the reception. On Wednesdays at 14.40 a free excursion to the tasting of Krasnaya Polyana drinks. Their shop is downstairs at the checkpoint. They are taken from the bus stop at the entrance to the territory. There is billiards, a cinema hall, a disco in the evenings.
Pools. There are three in the area. Two open, they work in the summer season. And one closed, it works in winter.
Transfer. According to the schedule from the sanatorium down to the public transport stop carries the transport of the Green Grove. And takes it upstairs. The car does not wait, so try to come at least 5-10 minutes in advance.

It is better to choose a room with a view towards Sochi.
There are 3 swimming pools - 2 outdoor (only one distant worked) and 1 indoor.
The food is not fancy, but you won't leave hungry.
In general, 3 stars, inexpensive and quite comfortable accommodation and food you will get here without any problems.

Of the minuses, these are marble bugs, which every day had to be thrown out of the room.

A good sanatorium, healthy, wholesome but monotonous food, of the prescribed procedures, massage is really useful, the rest is for show, a good large and well-groomed beach, a refined area with beautiful plants. Of the shortcomings, the daily noise, from the nearby construction sites, you can only dream of silence or enjoy at night.

Very beautiful: the embankment with the beach, on the territory of the sanatorium Stalin's dacha, the chapel (we got to the service on a happy occasion), I wish the holidaymakers a wonderful stay with us

Clean room, fresh repair. The decor is Spartan, but more for the regime to stay and is not required. The view from rooms on the sea are beautiful. Trash in the room threw out the day. The pool clock is not running.

Beautiful,relatively quiet around,very tasty food. Cons :Med personnel transferred to part-time and they are not very starayutsya to work,especially young people.

Was from 24 to 26 August, lived on the 15th floor with views of the old Sochi with a new building. The room is comfortable, even for me, a wheelchair-bound, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, the area seemed not large, but well maintained, many did not see. The descent to the beach through the street Elevator and there are stairs, so we left the beach for wheelchair users. The food buffet for any taste car Parking free.

Nice quiet location away from freeways. Buffet. The room prices seem inflated. The grounds are kept only at the sanatorium. To the beach down the Elevator carved in the mountain. The path to the beach after the Elevator passes through a long corridor, again in the mountain. Large temperature changes when you go from the beach to the corridor that can be a problem for parents with young children
