Rooms are acceptable. Unfortunately they served me with spoiled foul rice for dinner. It smelled really bad.

The hotel is not the best but siberian staff are helpful although not speaking Russian does not help :)

Lived in this hotel in December 2015. Was satisfied. Nice and clean rooms, almost no audibility. Pleased with the restaurant, plenty of choice for Breakfast and food good. Within walking distance of shop, cafes and restaurants. A round-the-clock ticketing services.

The room is similar to various four-star hotels under Hilton in China, but the cleanliness is really disappointing. The trash can is not emptied and the toilet is not cleaned. As for the surrounding environment, it is also unremarkable. There is not much place to eat. The food in the restaurant downstairs is just so-so, expensive and the taste is really average.

The staff were all friendly, and the location was great. The river view was truly beautiful. The night view was also spectacular.

Stayed for a month in the hotel. The local the Law University uses the hotel for Lecturers. It is a brutalist building, square and concrete. The room was basic but OK. The bed was incredible. Food was a real odd mix of all sorts for breakfast. The bar was nice and well priced. Service at the Front Desk lacked a lot. Next time I guess the Novotel is the answer.

Let me put it this way. Not very good! The price is unreasonable, the renovations are retro, like 1998. Even though the hotel was empty, they put us in a room with a picturesque view of the roof. Breakfast wasn't even included for 7,050 rubles.

An excellent hotel in the very center of Krasnoyarsk. The staff is very polite, competent, answers to all questions. Cleanliness, thoughtfulness, comfort. We asked which floor we preferred, we were put on the highest one, and we checked in without extra charge at 11 a.m. instead of 2 p.m.

The hotel has good security. When checking in, I saw the police taking away several young men and women who were disturbing the hotel. The conference room is great, suitable for meetings with dozens of people. The hotel rooms are of moderate size. There are restaurants and theaters nearby.
