Nice park with lots of activities. At the entrance you need to sign a paper which releases the park from any responsibility if something happens to you. They also want the names of everyone entering the park and photo everyone. This takes a lot of time and raises privacy questions. Easier to enter North Korea. All signs in the park are only in Russian. I will visit again.

We booked house 1 for the weekend of January 24-26. We rested with a Frendy coupon. The house is in good condition, there is everything you need. Very lucky with the weather. Well rested in the estate, everything is clean, modern, the staff is friendly, delicious breakfasts. The location is on the shore of the lake, a beautiful view opens up, it is quiet, there is no one nearby, only some unfinished houses and summer cottages further along the shore. Everything is organized so that we only thought about relaxation, super comfort.

We rented a house for a week. Thank you for giving us a good discount for a long stay. We had a good impression even before check-in, as we had many questions and the manager always answered them. Live everything fully corresponds to the photo, even better. Excellent home cooking, clean houses and common areas, friendly staff. The place is definitely recommended!

The place is super! Rested with family. At first it seemed that the prices were too high, but as a result, the rest came out much cheaper than in other places, so you already include the use of the spa and the use of cheesecakes, skates, etc. in the price. It was also a huge plus for us that there is something for children to do: there is a children's room, they give board games, children's skates...

Solid 3 *))) the territory is small, everything is old, there is a sorely lack of dishes for a large company !!! No dishwasher, which is also a huge minus !!! Another small refrigerator and not enough lighting EVERYWHERE! There is no normal brewed coffee (the coffee machine broke down and apparently a long time ago) .... and so it will do!

We arrive for the second year on March 8th. The best thing is the attitude of the owners! There is delicious food, billiards, sauna, pets are allowed. Were on New Year's Eve from 31-03.01.2022. A house for two with a New Year's dinner cost 235,000 rubles. We were lucky with the weather, snowy and beautiful. We arrived, parked, but no one met us, no one knows where to go, the guard said in the 2nd house. Barely found, called the manager, came with the key. The house is beautiful, but cleanliness is 3 out of 5, especially when the sun came out :) cosmetics...

Wonderful place! A good recreation center located in a very picturesque place on the banks of the river. The houses are duplexes (the neighbors did not bother us at all, or we were lucky, or the sound insulation is normal), spacious, bright, clean, with a stunning view from the window. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very rare and, of course, convenient. The beds are great with good mattresses...

I really liked the base. The cottage is big and clean. There is a dishwasher, stove, oven. Each bedroom has its own toilet with shower, hair dryer. The base is located on the river bank. The territory is clean, well-groomed, lawns, paths, there are swings everywhere. Very good with small children. There is a sandbox, a trampoline. You can rent a boat.
