Okay, So the hotel is amazing. Great location and loved the staff. They were friendly and the receptionist could accommodate English speakers. The missing star because of the hard mattress in the room. It was so hard that I could not sleep the whole night. They are ranked as five star hotel but I am not sure why the bed mattress was made hard wood! Otherwise, all fine and perfect.

Very nice little hotel I've stayed at many times already. Very convenient location for me. For those who want to visit the summer palace there is no better choice since it's only two minutes walking to the palace park entrance.

Amazing hotel in a peaceful location, just a few steps away from a massive park with a lake and a marvelous palace. The rooms are huge and comfy, delicious breakfast, polite staff, swimming pool, bowling, jacuzzi and three types of sauna! It felt like a true resort. Highly recommend!

The staff was pleasantly surprised. Very helpful, caring and friendly people. Everything is decent in the rooms, daily cleaning. Breakfast is quite good. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Very tasty. Great hotel for little money.

Objective assessment. Room 104 is quiet, the outside noise from the street is barely perceptible. Relatively clean. A small diagonal TV and a refrigerator provide the same small room. Price-quality ratio. For not a lot of money, they represent everything you need. The staff are friendly. The location is convenient, there is a lot of transport nearby.

The rooms are fine and clean. The Breakfast unfortunately leaves much to be desired. The selection is not particularly large, and there is every day the same. All in All, but it's ok. We were 5 days here. The transport links in the City is also a little bad.

Good hotel main advantage is the location

Cheap, lots of bookings, but quiet, old-fashioned, food is OK.

Very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, the design is really old-fashioned, but it's not for everybody. The breakfasts are delicious and a good choice. The price is optimal, there is a discount. Recommend.

For the budget traveler - is quite acceptable. Near subway (not 2 km as someone said). + The room is clean but the building is old(which few people like). OK hotel, a bit old and Soviet-style. Could be more affordable

The restaurant is great for good companies

The buffet is shut down from 30 December until 3 January. I've basically chosen this hotel for its buffet. Plus, there aren't any slippers in standard room. They don't give any culinary as they wrote in their site. No gym neither any sport room in the hotel premises. Apart from that, everything is ok.

It's a good hotel. Breakfast is too busy.

Service is a bit slow, but staff is helpful in complicated situations. Some rooms are rather small, so be careful about that when booking

All good. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, breakfast was nice. There's a supermarket just behind the hotel too.

Great hotel in the heart of St. Petersburg! We stayed at the Art Deco Nevsky Hotel for the weekend and were absolutely delighted! Good hotel, everything is clean, 15 minutes to the metro station Ploshchad Aleksandra Nevskogo, buffet breakfast, I liked it. Trinity Cathedral is nearby.

Pros: The room is clean and comfortable, with windows overlooking the courtyard. Good bed, plenty of space. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: No curtains (it's on the ground floor, though). A nice hotel, cozy and clean, with paintings everywhere on the walls, friendly staff, good breakfasts, and a shared microwave and washing machine. The metro is two stops away by bus or a 5-minute taxi ride for 85-100 rubles. Nevsky Prospekt 2 is a 7-8-minute metro ride away.
