Love this hotel. Always good for a layover. Staff friendly, speaking English and patient with my Russian! Nice room service menu 24 hour I think. Good wifim clean rooms with robes, toiletries, slippers. And the lights in each room are so nice. Make sure to enter from level 2 so either go up the stairs inside the airport to the second floor or you can take the escalator outside.

The hotel is a reasonable distance from the exhibition hall, but that doesn't affect the high cost of taxis or traffic congestion. Staying next to the exhibition hall would be more suitable. The hotel offers free shuttle buses to the airport and train station, which is fantastic. It saved me hundreds of yuan on taxi fares.

The buffet is shut down from 30 December until 3 January. I've basically chosen this hotel for its buffet. Plus, there aren't any slippers in standard room. They don't give any culinary as they wrote in their site. No gym neither any sport room in the hotel premises. Apart from that, everything is ok.

Good hotel 🏨, up to the standard. Good service

I stayed in the hotel as arranged by Somans tours and travels. The most advantageous thing is that there is a shopping mall next to the hotel and metro also nearby. I got room in 8 floor and really spacious neat and clean. The breakfast spread is very limited and for dinner choices for vegetarians are very sparse. However upon request they provided scramble eggs next day.

I was considering to move out after staying for 5 days due to some previous interactions at the hotel. Natalia and Gavriil were very aware and customer oriented, which lead to changing my mind and extending the stay for 7 more days. Happy with the decision since the front-desk experience was much better than I initially had with Anastasia. Also discovered some neat places around and it's very easy...

Everything was great! The room, the halls, and the service. The breakfast, however, wasn't great; it was rather meager for the price. It's very convenient to get there: a 20-minute taxi ride from the train station. The Moskovskie Vorota metro station is nearby, and the city center is a 10-15-minute direct ride, right up to the Peter and Paul Fortress without transfers. A Mir card costs 44 rubles...

Excellent hotel. The only downside is that they didn't provide a complimentary coffee or tea upon check-in. After contacting reception, everything was resolved. There's no refrigerator in the rooms. And the air conditioning isn't very intuitive. I'd like instructions in Russian. The breakfast is decent.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. Fantastic breakfasts. I only noticed two downsides: the elevator constantly refused to accept my card, and the walk from the elevator to my room was incredibly long.
