breakfast sucks ! Shower sucks cos very low water pressure and only boiling water or icy cold. Room was big and internet works well. 2/5

When paying by card, the terminal freezes. I asked for the opportunity to pay later, I was denied. As a result, at the reception I was detained for 30 minutes. Gave room keys. I come to the room, but it is not cleaned. The beds are not made, the shower room has towels on the floor, a full trash can, etc. Complained to the administrator. They gave me the keys to another room. And he, too, was not removed. I thought: "I'll give it another chance. If the third room is dirty, I issue a refund. The third room was removed. Let's see what happens next. What a night and what breakfast.
