Cleanliness and comfortable accommodation for an adequate price. Booked a comfort room (slippers, towels, bathrobes are included in the price), of the downsides, I note that there was no air conditioning in the room, but the fan was right at the cashier, in this heat. Only half an hour from the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen. The shrimp were amazing! Courteous staff.

Quiet. Purely. Cosy. Home furnishings. The owners are kind and sociable. Nearby there is a bus stop and a railway station, from which you can go to the city by train.

The room was given a little better than booked (for the same money). The room has a huge kitchen with a TV, a corner sofa, a table for four people, a stove, a microwave oven, a set of dishes... The bedroom is cozy and quiet. A bit far from the historical center, but this is compensated by convenient parking.

Quite for 1-2 nights. Sleep is excellent, the room is large, but requires cosmetic repairs. Refrigerator, microwave oven, TV. 2 adults and a teenager. Living room with sofa plus bedroom. Quite spacious. Own parking in the yard. I recommend, although not cheap for all factors, in my opinion.

Guys this is a great place to relax and spend the night! Conveniently located, has its own parking, the rooms are huge, there is a homemade breakfast! Pastels are clean and sooo soft! A quiet place. Room of two large rooms has a kitchenette, TV. Plumbing is not new but clean and does not leak! We all really enjoyed it. If possible, visit this guest house again!

It looks very good and clean ,very quiet area near the heart of kolpino at a walking distance to very good restaurants and mayor stores the hotel have a very good parking lot and a small restaurant inside the hotel the bedrooms are very nice with balconies

Nice hotel, not really fancy but rooms are clean and big. Staff is very friendly and one even spoke Finnish which war good for me! Very quiet place as well, not far from the Merkuri mall

Very friendly staff. We ordered a bath. Clean, warm. There is a rest room. A pool with warm water, next to which there is a large table. Steam room, shower. Music is playing. The pump from the pool is a little noisy, but tolerable! Kettle-please, dishes (disposable)-please. Ask and they will bring everything! Have a very relaxing time!

Stayed with my husband from 9.10.2021 to 11.10.2021 There were no problems with check-in. We arrived, parked, we were given the key to our room 17, immediately went to the shower, there were no problems with hot water.
