+ The location is excellent, right on Nevsky Prospekt, about a 100-meter walk to the Duma Tower. The hotel staff are warm, polite and patient, and they provided us with a lot of help. The room was clean and tidy, making it a very comfortable stay.- -

+ Everything! Perfect location on Nevsky Prospect...a stone throw from Metro across the street via underpass. Extra helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast...couldn't believe the effort they put into varying the food on offer. Being a greedy pig, I stuffed myself too much! Very good value for money. btw, St P is beyond words so magnificent.- Nothing

+ Location is perfect. Attentive staff. Breakfasts, nothing special but with sufficient diversity. Quiet rooms although noisy street nearby stuffed with cars, trams and night bars.- A lot of stairs and narrow corridor. Chemical smell in the room.

Great location, clean and nice rooms. Service was good. Breakfast ok. Biggest problem overall: there was only one coffee machine in breakfast and it was slow.

The location is fantastic but the lift is siper small. Neee to carry up my big luggage to walk up some staircase before can reach the lift
