- The reception people sent me first to the room which was already occupied... 3 way trip with a heavy luggage... The next day after the tiring trip I had to go back to reception - my key didn't work. It would be OK all in all if the room was not located sooooo far away - the way is like a labyrinth and I was sooo tired... They said they would provide a compliment for this ... no, they didn't.

Generally good. The breakfast was very basic, so we opted out - there are plenty of much better options around for a similar price. The only cons was the constant noise from the multiple A/C systems in the yard (and the view into that yard), while having a room facing the prospect would give much more noise. And you must leave the window somewhat open, because there's no or insufficient ventilation system (even with a small slot in the window opened, CO2 reached 1300 in the morning).

Very nice place, clean and cosy! Great location. Wonderful stuff. Speaks English, German, Russian and probably some other languages

Perfect location, about 30min of walk from any important monumental building in St. Pete. Very polite helpdesk, and a delicious breakfast.
Nice feature with a 24/7 free coffee/tea in a restaurant.
Quite clean and tidy.
Awful TV signal, but not what i was there for so didn't affected me much.

Convenient location. Lots of food choices around. Near a few metro stations. Breakfast is cheap and big variety. Room is clean. Lift is small but it's an old building so as expected.
