+ Very comfortable stay. Attentive and friendly staff. The bathroom was kept very clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The hotel provided towels, linens, and bedding. The location is excellent.

The most pleasant experience! Very quiet hotel. On the top floor, the room does not open, but the forced ventilation does a good job.
The renovation is as neat, fresh and clean as possible. Shower accessories and 2 towels are provided. There is a cooler on the floor, they give glasses. Breakfast from 8 to 10, lunch until 17, tasty, inexpensive.
And it's nice that the location of the hotel gives you a choice of diversified recreation: you can either take a walk in the quiet park of the Lavra, or go to the busy Nevsky Prospekt and walk along it to the Hermitage, or go to a nearby anti-cafe.
For this price, reality surpassed expectations.

+ Central location near Nevskiy prospect metro station Tasty breakfast I had a single room, which was big enough for one person. Nice, comfortable bed, clean bedding. Bathroom clean and spacious with good pressure of hot water and all supplies needed. I had a good sleep after busy day. Very clean room and bathroom I did not have any issues during my stay, but lady in the reception and canteen' personal were all friendly and polite.

Lived here at the end of October 2031, two adults and a 5-year-old child. I liked everything: rersonal, breakfasts, location, spacious room. The staff is above all praise, the breakfasts are excellent, the metro is within walking distance, right under the windows - the Necropolis (I highly recommend visiting - a very beautiful place), the Lavra itself, the Alexander Nevsky Bridge, the river with ducks 😀 In general, there are enough attractions even around the hotel itself! We lived in a room with two beds: one large for adults and a separate bed for a child. We felt very comfortable and spacious both in the room itself and in the bathroom. An important fact: the sound insulation is very good: at night the neighbors do not interfere with sleeping, in the morning you cannot hear people passing directly under the windows, but at the same time you can hear the hateful ringing of bells, the sound from which can be easily amplified by opening the windows 😀In the end, I liked everything! We will definitely recommend it to everyone and will be happy to return ourselves!

This is the ideal option for those who want to stay in the center, but at the same time in a quiet place, away from the city noise, but two minutes from Nevsky. Very comfortable, clean, cosy. Nice staff and nice guests. Inexpensive. From my window there was a view of the tombstone of Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Very intelligent atmosphere. The best you can find for this price.

A great place to relax while visiting St. Petersburg! On the territory of the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. Quiet, clean, greeted with joy. Breakfasts are included in the rate and are very fresh and delicious. The metro is nearby. And after visiting the city sights, you return as if you were home.
