I really wanted to give the front desk a full 0.5 stars because of their service, but I'll be honest and hope everyone encounters a better front desk. Why am I so angry? The hotel reception is on the second floor, but a handsome young man will help you with your luggage at the entrance until you check into your room. The receptionist speaks English. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the location is excellent and convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Palace. It's definitely worth staying at.

Fresh hotel for a very good price in awesome location. Stuff is friendly and helpful. They offer a small variety of food for breakfast and taste can be improved, but these are just my high expectations.

The rooms are new and decorated in a modern Style. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The Hotel is located in the proximity of all touristic attractions. Finally the staff was very helpful.

We were there from 1 January until 8 January, and honestly, the hotel was lovely. When we arrived, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. the apartment was really nice and still new everything you need is included. very close to metro and places to eat, to the city center and supermarkets. they assisted via WhatsApp and able to help us with airport transportation.

The staff are really friendly. The location is good. It's next to the subway station and not far from the apartment where Dostoevsky once lived. The environment is clean.

The location is perfect. Everything is close including metro and all the attraction sites. The lady that showed me around when I check in was very nice to me.

It was not within the WiFi coverage area. The rooms were very hot, and it was difficult to sleep at night due to the heat.

Actually, there’s only 1 big problem - THERE IS JO WI-FI THROUGHOUT THE HOSTEL except in the reception area so you have to sit there for hours to complete work or check on messages ! This is a wonderful place. Currently my favourite place in the city. Great value for money. Wonderful staff and guests. Very close to some of my favorite restaurants, supermarket, cafes and Rubinstein street.

Excellent hotel. Good service. The room was wonderful, the room had absolutely everything you need. Cutlery, dishes, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, washing machine. Which is very convenient for a long stay.

The hotel is new and clean. 1. It's very far from the center. The only saving grace is the bus that goes to the beginning of Nevsky Prospekt. The journey takes 30-50 minutes. An excellent hotel that completely met all my expectations. I'd especially like to mention the comfortable mattress and topper. The cleanliness was impeccable and the room was cleaned daily. I highly recommend it!
