OK hotel, a bit old and Soviet-style. Could be more affordable

The restaurant is great for good companies

The buffet is shut down from 30 December until 3 January. I've basically chosen this hotel for its buffet. Plus, there aren't any slippers in standard room. They don't give any culinary as they wrote in their site. No gym neither any sport room in the hotel premises. Apart from that, everything is ok.

It's a good hotel. Breakfast is too busy.

Service is a bit slow, but staff is helpful in complicated situations. Some rooms are rather small, so be careful about that when booking

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. They probably have a beauty casting for a position of receptionist. All of the girls had an amazing appearance. Very charming, friendly and efficient. I even asked Instagram of one of the ladies, who's name was Alina. I hope we will become good friends in the future. Besides, the hotel had an amazing view and a great price/quality ratio. Thanks.

Good big event halls on 1st and 2nd floors

My Stay at this hotel was superb. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Available 24 hours. And also the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff does a very good job to keep it clean. Water is available 24 hours. And the best thing is in summer time this hotel balcony view is the best place to watch the opening of Bridge every night.

Nice location. Big hotel. When i was on the top floor, i could see around a awesome view. Clean hotel. Rooms are little small but good. restaurant also nice but average standard breakfast. 房間裏衹有浴巾，洗手液，其它什麼都沒有，也沒有飲用水

酒店在地鐵口旁邊300米，地鐵口有一大羣鴿子，買麪包喂鴿子非常有趣，客房不錯，床夠大，帶孩子有個沙發也免費鋪了被子枕頭。

房間乾淨衞生，食物也挺好吃，服務不錯，就是床是倆床墊拼一起的，晚上睡覺會掉中間的縫裡，如果換成單個大床墊就更好了。

早餐還可以，前台服務態度也不錯，其餘的將就吧

在彼得堡皇家理工附近，3星，乾淨整潔大氣，安全，美中不足前台不會英文，房間沒準備燒水壺，但是房間還算不錯

位置不錯，去莫斯科火車站，推着行李步行也衹用了15分鐘。附近有個大型購物商場，購物吃飯都很方便。 衹是設備有些簡陋，屬於快捷酒店類型。

很不錯，性價比超高，早餐挺豐富的，最大的優點是可以提前辦理入住，我們一大早8點多鐘到了就辦了入住，美美睡一大覺。附近地鐵站如圖三。

Comfortable rooms in great location close to stadium. Lobby bar serves coffee in morning or cocktails at night. Adequate for travelers passing through for World Cup football match. Nothing very fancy but good value for money.

This is a business style hotel on the edge of St Petersburg. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. The metro station is only a 5 minute walk away. There is a swimming pool that is open in the morning for guests and there are other sports facilities available for a fee. Prices are very reasonable.

A novice and dishonest business that I would definitely not recommend. First of all, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they tried to give me a different room other than the one I had booked. When I refused, they told me to contact Ostrovok. The location was great! The stuff at the reception was quite friendly though until you encounter problems. The breakfast was ok. The size of the rooms is nice, they offer 16 m rooms.

Extremely disrespectful staff!!!!!!! I was locked into the bathroom due to malfunction door lock. I did not have access to my phone since it was outside the bathroom. Yet the hotel demand money from me for replacing the door. It was their lock that malfunction. They said I had to pay because I am a foreigner from a NATO country. I did travel to Russia in good faith, I just wanted to enjoy my vacation...
