- Extremely disrespectful staff!!!!!!! I was locked into the bathroom due to malfunction door lock. I did not have access to my phone since it was outside the bathroom. Yet the hotel demand money from me for replacing the door. It was their lock that malfunction. They said I had to pay because I am a foreigner from a NATO country. I did travel to Russia in good faith, I just wanted to enjoy my vacation in peace, and I did have favorable opinions of Russia and Russian until this unfair situation affected me. Foreigners be extremely careful and please stay away from this hotel especial if you are a foreigner from a NATO country, they really hate us foreigners no matter what. They just hate us from being from a NATO country.

Quite a good hotel with no major complaints. Has its own Parking and a restaurant. Close enough from the metro.

There is a Breakfast buffet, the normal Internet in the rooms. With hot water bad. If the evening was still running warm, in the morning, alas, only cold from both faucets. Missed half an hour cost?

The bathroom is good, the hot water arrives very quickly, there is pressure.
The meals and breakfast are good, no more.
The best meals were those served "at the table" with local dishes.
The staff is friendly and eager to help.
However, we will have to change the carpet of the hallway, which make a terrible noise when the wheels of suitcases rolling over.

I want to say very good was there in early April . The rooms are well-kept televizory workers . The dummies were given . Sorry that wasn't a mini bar . The staff is nice . Even tho I put 5 and we hope that soon there will be a mini-bar. Take comments please note.
