Great hotel - amazing location! I highly recommend! The room had everything except brush and toothpaste - it's better to clarify this question before booking, maybe it's an accident, and usually everything is there

Modern, clean, beautiful hotel.The best in Spa area and pool, delicious Breakfast and panoramic views of the Park, convenient Parking.

Rested from 3 to 6 January 2020 family. All well and good, but the service is noticeably worse, I want to mention especially the restaurant and service room. Meals claimed and rates do not meet its standards. Not far from the hotel there are many nice cafes with decent service and quality food.

This is the most disgusting hotel in which I had a chance to stop and which supposedly has "stars".
Anyone and even for free I do not advise to choose it. We booked a superior room for two nights, one of them after the wedding. In the end it turned out that because of overbooking and heaps of Italians, the category of number raised to a Suite, thank you very much, I bow to you for such gifts!
But further more. The Suite did not even suggest the presence of bathrobes. It was brought in only on call. Note that it stained all the walls and doors — the number of prints you will easily realize how many people used this "Suite" to you.
Leaving the hotel after the first night I asked reception to clean the room. In the end, together with the groom we entered the room which I left it a day, relying on cleaning and change of towels.
Did not want to swear, and I called the front Desk with a request to bring a clean Bathrobe, soap and towels. And we brought a bar of soap!!! And you call that luxury?!
With this soap I went to the reception, to which the girl behind the counter, pursing his lips into a grimace, pretended he did not understand what the problem is. About the dirty room I also said nothing, but when a drunken guest who was looking for a ticket for himself and girlfriend began to insult me, she and her companion stood and giggled.
It's just hard, guys. Thanks to the hotel that messed up our rest after such a day. This pathetic piece of soap left on the table, wash them, dirty walls, please.

A terrible place that can bribe interior and location. As soon as you sat down at a table, starts attraction: the waiter forgets the order, bring the rubber meat, reminders to the waiter perceived as -Yes you that! You I didn't order this! Well, the horse's score at the end, where all 4 pieces of shish kebab costs 960 rubles. Judging by the number of visitors will be closed soon, and it will be right.
