+ Dirty and not pleasant
- No breakfast very dirty room, with hair on the bed, very stinky. dirty and stained bedding, cigarette smell. Real rubbish. Extremely frosty room, and the heater does not work. nightmare. Worse than a 1 star hostel Two very young staff were well mannered, but one woman who was staying the night was very rude, yelled at me, and said that if my room was cold the problem was mine.

Very bad relationship with customers!

I have not met more terrible staff and service even in Asia. I booked and paid for 2 rooms in my name, saying that we would bring the documents of the guys living with me later and asked us to remind us about it. We work a lot, we could have forgotten.
In the evening, a call from a hotel employee, who clearly has many complaints against us and talks like some kind of homeless, my guys are citizens of Finland, and pretty decent people, unlike the staff of this hotel, who allow themselves to communicate soooo with clients.
They brought the documents and started, bring this and that. They brought everything.
Call again, you see, they cannot read the document, carry everything again, I would love to, but I work very tightly and I don't have time to run back and forth, like my guys.
And then the most interesting part of the "Marlezon ballet" began to intimidate me with eviction, a complaint against me to the Ministry of Internal Affairs that they would be thrown out into the street and much more. And just because the employee did not bother to look at the document carefully and check the made copy. And the dear administrator of this hotel allows himself, the level is obvious, who worked on 04/05/19 at 10:00, by the way did not bother to introduce herself.

Now about the hotel itself, the renovation is fresh, nice, but the sewage stinks just like horror.

I do not recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone !!!

It seems to be clean. But catastrophically there is no space. The room does not have a refrigerator, microwave. There is only a large bed and a TV. There is no table in the room. I need to be on my knee. If for one night you can tolerate. The price is a bit overpriced. thank
