- The air conditioner didn’t work well , I went on a boat ride late at night when I returned the doors to the hotel were locked and none was there to unlock and assist , I had to climb a ladder / stairs 5 floors which was dangerous to enter the hotel , the shower railing also didn’t work work kept falling
