cheap but quite good for stay

Good apartments. Inexpensive, clean, conveniently located. On the 5th floor, pigeons are flying on the roof, stamping their feet loudly. It was comfortable for me, but it can annoy someone. The bathroom is shared and small. The toilet is located so that it can be difficult for large people.
Of the specifics - payment through the terminal, and 1.5 mp cash deposit. Not critical, but worth knowing in advance.
In general, for their money - very good.

We rented 2 double rooms. In order for each:
1. Large corner room with good repair, mosquito net, TV, and private bathroom and kitchen. There are no complaints about the number.
2. A modest size room with the same good repair, there was no mosquito net and therefore mosquitoes tormented, a private bathroom and TV, as well as its own kitchen. Complaints: mosquitoes!!!!
Now in general about the hotel.
-You can evaluate the hotel positively, but it is better to ask for a corner room with a larger area, if possible.
-Cleaning in the room consists in the presentation of toilet paper and selective wiping of surfaces (it doesn’t matter to us that the cleaning was at all, so we were satisfied).
- Towels are not changed, bed linen too. (But I think if you ask, they will replace it, because we were only 4 nights, we were fine)
- I liked the kitchen, but the frying pans were let down. one was not suitable for the inverter stove and the other was scratched and the teflon coating fell off in tatters ...
- A feature of the hotel is that it is not known what arrangement of beds will be in the room, we were supposed to have 2 single beds, but in fact we got a double bed. In our case, this was a plus. Specify this point when booking in detail.
- The TV did not show half of the channels, for some reason the signal constantly disappeared and it was not possible to watch some channels. In both rooms.
- The bed is soft and comfortable, the linen is clean.
- When booking, they take a deposit, return it without problems.
- There is parking in the yard, but it is rather cramped and it may turn out that everything will be busy, then you will have to park along the street.
- The hotel has breakfast. But we haven't tried them.
- There are no air conditioners, but for St. Petersburg this is not a problem) but there is a heater and warm blankets))
Verdict - feel free to recommend this hotel, because. for a relatively low cost of living, you get your own kitchen and bathroom, a clean room, and a fairly convenient location (the metro is 10 minutes on foot, there are many shops nearby, both chain stores and 24-hour "stalls"). However, I hope the administration will pay attention to the disadvantages I have listed and make the stay even more comfortable.
