I stayed in the Apartment. Very clean, very modern, very warm, everything was more than satisfactory. There is a supermarket in the same building which is very convenient. Great value for the money.
NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE ENTRANCE TO FIND AT NIGHT!!! The hotel is located on the main road with big signs but the entrance is an unmarked obscure looking entrance on the side road more fitting for a garden shed with no lighting. Common entrance is worn, broken tiles with no lighting and we stumbled up and down stairs and only found the actual hotel fortuitously - as another hotel guest was exciting the...
The rooms are nice and very clean the building is old from outside but inside it is updated.it's a bit difficult to find because the building is shared by other businesses

A decent mini hotel in the very unlikely part of St-Petersburg. Hardly near any sightseeing landmarks and spectacular city facades St-Petersburg is known for. Yet clean, friendly and comfortable.
The room was spacious and clean. There was ample storage space. They arranged vegetarian meal also as per our request. The location is close to metro and supermarket. Great value for money.

There is this one receptionist. I think her name’s Alina, was being so rude to me but I don’t see that when she’s with the Russians. I don’t want to play the race card but I think she’s just being blatantly racist to me. I stayed her during my last visit and the 2 staffs were so lovely but this year it’s just the worst service I’ve received. Such a disappointment. Will definitely not come back here...
