It's basically the same experience of a platskarny carriage (3rd class trains) but on a physical hostel location. Staff barely spoke English and sometimes was quite rude for no reason. There are an alarming number of people who seem to live there (and wake up early for work etc). There were a few families as well, with young children. I saw cockroaches in the living room, but it was promptly addressed...
There are nearly 20 beds in a room, which is very crowded, and the public area is also very small. The kitchen is only equipped with a microwave.
