the place is easy to find. staff at reception is very nice and speak fluent english which makes communication easy. the facilities are quite new. i like the locker most as it is digital and accessed by card only.
It was my first time in capsule hostel. I liked it because it was new to me but staff was not that friendly and I found toilets were not that clean.

I have stayed in the double room with my wife. Really small. It is not possible to stay in the room out of sleeping hours. For 1 or 2 nights maybe thats ok. For more than that, I dont suggest. Apathy and indifference of staff.

Different experience, capsule rooms, walking distance from railway station, neat and clean, things to keep in mind before booking this hostel. Hostel has Common dinning area for boys and girls, common washrooms.
It is a great hostel, very clean and the staff is nice. However, some of the rooms are directly behind the train tracks from one of the busiest train stations in St Petersburg. In my room, we could hear all the announcements of trains, even the ones in the middle of the night, which was extremely annoying. They should at least offer earplugs.
Modern, clean, quiet hostel with very good service and affordable prices
One of the better hostels in Russia I have stayed in. Location is great near to train station and a shopping mall with supermarket to top up your groceries. Note the short cut to the hostel by walking through the car park at the shopping mall. Clean toilets!

They let me check in at 7am, which was necessary for me and nice of them. Location is easily accessible, enter the building from Vosstaniya Square side, same door where the Post Office is, then follow the signs to Barch hotel on the 3rd floor. No complains about my capsule bad. Shower was available when I needed it
Wi-fi was fast and convenient. Overall cleanliness was good. Staff was a few young girls,they were friendly. I wish they spoke English better but no one speaks English in St.Petersburg for some reason. The location was extremely convenient and walking distance to all main city attractions.
