The hotel is excellent. Lived in June 2021. I'm very glad that I chose him. We quickly checked into a room with a view of the Neva, the cruiser Aurora opposite. Very nice room, there is air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, bathrobe, slippers and all soap accessories. Water and bagged tea and coffee are brought daily. Nice shower. Nice hotel, good rooms, modern design, buffet breakfast. Located in the center. The only noise is from the street, from the roads. (it depends on others, but it’s noticeable for me). The hotel is decent. Full compliance with 4 stars
Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is small, cozy. Purely. Breakfast in the restaurant as a buffet. A nice bonus was a free luggage room where you can leave your bags.
Reception didn’t pick up the call for 19min and when i ask for more ice and water they didn’t bring to my room
I have disliked everything, the most horrible service in the world. Cheap but the service 10 times cheaper. Nightmare for foreigners. I have felt embarrassed in front of the guests that I brought with me. Do not come even is cheap.

A hotel for unassuming visitors. We rented a room with a shower, refrigerator, microwave oven, there was no kettle in the room. The shower room was clean, there was no hairdryer in the room. If for 3 days of our stay in the room at least once cleaned - put 5. Good location. We got to Nevsky Prospekt by bus 49.
Quite a good place for its price category. Clean, quiet, small room, but everything you need (refrigerator, kettle, microwave). In the common hallway there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The floor and the main entrance are closed, the guests have magnetic keys. No soundproofing, you can hear the neighbors and the street. Near the house there is a subway ventilation shaft - the smell...
Wonderful small hotel within walking distance from the center. The team is very friendly. The room is clean and crammed with everything you need to stay here during your stay. There is a small car park on site. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. If possible, I will stay at this hotel and next times.
