Lived at the hotel for three nights in mid-March 2020. I really liked the hotel. Everything is new, clean, fresh. The room has everything and even more for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is quite limited, it’s not a buffet, and when I asked for one more glass of milk, the hotel said I have to pay 100RUB for it, I was so surprised the a 5 star hotel provides this kind of breakfast.

Love it, there were some problems at the beginning but it was easy to solve. Great hotel, rooms are extremely comfy and cosy. The location is also one of the best, walking distance to the Nevsky avenue is about 5 minutes. Overall rating is 10 out of 10.

Second time here. This is an absolutely marvellous place. You can come here with only bare hands and a wallet and it still be like home, with toothbrush, tossers and tea waiting for you. Definitely will stay here again.

Good food. I would recommend this restaurant for some authentic Russian food. The service was extremely slow and waitress had to be reminded about our order twice.

This was my first real meal in Russia and it was amazing. The Kvas is very delicious. I'm not exactly sure what I ordered, but it was very tasty. There was some salad made from eggs, fish, mayonnaise and shredded vegetables then there was some stewed lamb I think and then some dumplings. Will try to come here again before I leave.

Perfectly located in a typical Saint Petersburg yard, so very calm and quiet location. In a first floor of an apartment building. Comfortable bed, TV, desk with chair and bathroom with shower - what else do you need? The only problem were thin walls, so in case you`d have very talkative and noisy neighbors - you would hear them. I was quite lucky as it didn`t bother me much. Very good room keeping...

We had room withour windows it was terrible i was counting hours to leave. Also some people looks like they were living there. booked a double bed and the insisted it was twin bed. wifi was one signal coz how far the modem was. 1 bathroom and far from the room. dont mind people not speaking English or foreign language but they didnt even attempt to communicate in any sort of way like a translator.
