Booked 2 double rooms in advance. When checking in, they demanded the passport of each visitor, although neither on the official website of the hotel, nor when booking a warning that passports of all guests were not needed. The administrator was not satisfied with the driver's license as an identity document. As a result, they were satisfied with a passport photo. It would seem that checking into a hotel for such a huge amount should be simple and fast. However, after the passport data was recorded, it was necessary to wait until the data was collected from everyone who had just entered the hotel before being able to pay. It is strange that they have not yet offered to take a ticket. When the administrator collected data from all those who had just come, she gave the contracts for signature. For some reason, the contracts were printed only for 3 guests out of 4. I was offered to sign for one of the guests. When I refused to sign for another guest, the administrator grinned. There can be no talk of a friendly attitude towards guests.
Neither the administrator nor other employees were wearing masks. Wi-fi in the hotel without a password.
One of the rooms had a musty smell, dusty. The water in the sink doesn't drain for a long time. There is one soap and one shower cap in the room. Apparently, it is assumed that the guests will have to fight for them. One of the rooms had a mini fridge. It was not in another room of the same kind. For this price you expect more towels per person, air conditioning, slippers. None of this happened.
Breakfast right in the hotel lobby. No other hotel with a declared continental breakfast had such a small selection. No breakfast menu found in rooms.
Why such a high price is worth is unknown. This hotel is definitely not worth its money.
