Great hotel! And I'm absolutely serious. So, here's what you get for only ~$50 per night: 1) A warm welcome at the reception (if there were separate St. Petersburg standards, this hotel would meet them better than anyone else); 2) A large, bright, cozy room with very high ceilings; 3) Proximity to the city center, a store right across from the hotel, several beautiful locations within walking distance; 4) Did I already mention the warm welcome? Then I'll repeat: every employee is involved in the guest's life and does not leave them without attention. I haven't tried the local breakfast yet, but something tells me that I won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Well done hotel owners. They try to improve the surrounding area as much as possible. There would be more such owners of buildings, and it will become a little more comfortable in St. Petersburg.

Now this hotel accommodates us, doctors, during the pandemic. I am very grateful to them. Very cozy COVID-19 is a very dangerous thing. But it was this virus that showed people, each in its essence Hotel MARCO POLO I wish you prosperity

Wonderful place and hotel! With some kind of its own energy, calm, calming. Cleanliness. Attentive attitude of the staff. Personally, the hotel has captured me in its net)))) I often visit St. Petersburg now and now only to this hotel. This is the first time for me. In this hotel I relax, get enough sleep and I am already drawn to come back again and again. Thank you!!!!

Nice hotel, worth a stay. Location os good. Decent breakfast, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Have some troubles with hot water, typical for Saint Petersburg, unfortunately.
There are shops, bars and a theater nearby, subway is in 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can reach Nevsky prospect by foot in half an hour

We came here from the hotel "On the Sister River, 51" there in the room for 7 thousand there was no air conditioning..... the temperature in the room was about 30+, and on the street 34, so in Marco Polo with their air conditioners both in the lobby and in the rooms we sighed! The girls at the reception were friendly, the room was decent, the room was already ready, and we checked in at 11! The bar and restaurant are closed, breakfast can be ordered a la carte. We previously stayed at this hotel 7 years ago. Today, of course, the coronavirus crisis is felt; there are few people in the hotel. Thank you

Saint petersburg was a beautiful and awesome city with kind,beautiful people.
But marco polo hotel was awful except breakfast and kind, professional staff every thing was bad,the hotel had not just a safe elevator and we had to go to our room which was in the last floor, by stairs. The housekeeping service was so bad, when we arrive to the hotel and go our room there was hair strands on the bed and it wasn't cleaned good. Also there was not a tissue paper in every room and this was a big deal for me. Before saint petersburg, I went to Moscow, and I was in Rooms boutique hotel, it was really awesome and great in comparison to marcopolo hotel in saint petersburg, however the prices of these hotels were same! Interesting !
Plus these bad features about marcopolo hotel in saint petersburg, they took us 200 rubles for each person when we wanted to leave the hotel, and the reception staff said this is for your safety in Russia and it is mandatory to pay! I didn't know why this was not mandatory in Moscow and no one requested from me for paying this money!
