The hotel itself is decent, rested there two times. But if You want to go to the SPA ,then you should seriously think about the correctness of Your choice.
There is absolutely not value their customers. The management should pay much attention to it.
Tell the story about how I tried to sign up at the SPA in the hotel Helios:
Deciding to visit this place I called the SPA to make an appointment to Monday(call was on SAT), I was told that I now can't record, call back in an hour. Later a tube nobody took. Wrote a message on the hotel website, with a request to give feedback, but alas, here I did not answer
The next day I made another call, this time successful, wrote me, saying that the time of recording I will report later on the phone (call themselves). Of course no one called me, the phone, konechnoi didn't take.
In the end, I spent two days in vain trying to sign up to them in the SPA when you could go to any competitor where respectful of their clients and do not waste your precious time. I really like this hotel but I will never go back.

Corporate performed here did not like. Soviet interiors, disposable tableware, waiters stole food in containers at the end. I do not recommend.

Helios Hotel is an overpriced trash heap. On April 24, I rented a suite here for 8400 (!) Per day. Before booking, I asked the staff twice if there would be a room with a balcony. As a result, there was a room without a balcony. They could not change the number. The administrator promised 15% for the next arrival, but whether it will be now is a big question. In addition to deceiving employees, the suite turned out to be dirty for this money: dirt remained in the refrigerator after the previous tenants, someone else's hair in the bathroom and living room. Before checking in, the girls on the recipe told us that the bar was open. But ... It doesn't work at all (completely closed). There is no water for guests. Coronovirus type. Okay, I agree, but then put bottled water in the room - no, we were told that we should buy drinking water from the vending machine. There are not enough elevators, guests can wait 10 minutes to go to another floor (in the hotel there are 10 floors, it is difficult to climb to the top one every time). A lot of bikers ride around the hotel all day. On footpaths where pedestrians walk. They make noise and pose a danger to passers-by. What is this anyway? And all this could be sorted out if there was adequate service. But girls on the recipe - turn off the lights. To all questions about what is happening and why everything is so terrible, they are simply silent. Send them to learn the service! Why can't you open your mouth and apologize to the guest? Why don't they have the authority to make amends (give free spa, rent is great, whatever). Why can't you just open your mouth and talk to a guest to keep them loyal? Have the hosts ever been to chain hotels? Do they know what a Hospitality Service is? Why do I pay 8400 a day, if I don't even have water ?! Never waste your time with this garbage, they will ruin your whole vacation.
