Clean, light, freshly renovated. A bit crowded in the internal parking

Nice clean, warm house. Toilet in the house, refrigerator and microwave. Parking in the yard. Quiet place, next to the temple.

A very comfortable hotel! The rooms are very nice, there are icons. There is a microwave and ironing board in the hallway. They clean the house every day. Always clean bed linen. There is a spacious yard for at least 4 cars. There are only 7 rooms in the house. Very polite mother. The house itself is right next to the monastery. We really like it here, this is not the first time we stay)

The hostess met us at 3 a.m. with a well-heated, clean, comfortable house!!! Breakfast was eaten even by spoiled children. I baked pancakes on the way.

A beautiful, clean, antique-style house, themed rooms, I got a room called heroic) there are large rooms for families with children, delicious breakfasts, a hospitable hostess! To kudykina mountain 20-25 minutes by transport to the temple with the relics of Tikhon of Zadonsk 10 minutes on foot. Of the minuses, I can only note the poor sound insulation between the rooms, and...

Everything is very cozy and home-like. The rooms are clean and tidy. Family rooms have a private bathroom. And breakfast is generally beyond praise. Thank you, we will definitely visit again.

Awesome and atmospheric place !!! This is not just a guest house, it is a MASTERPIECE! Friendly hostess, hearty and insanely delicious breakfasts! And the interior will take you into a real fairy tale! Everything is very clean, comfortable beds! I definitely recommend it !!! It is a pity that the rating is only 5 stars! If I had a thousand, I would have put a thousand !!!

Comfortable, cozy and clean hotel, friendly hostess, we will definitely stay with her on our next trips. It is better to book in advance, otherwise there may not be places. Breakfast is big enough and nutritious
