It's a former hotel for Soviet top-level government officials in Mariy El Republic of the USSR. It was renovated totally and now it is a just three stars hotel which situated in old part of the Yoshkar Ola town

There are pretty clean rooms here, a restaurant, several saunas and a large meeting room. Hotel staff weren't too warm, but they never told offensively or declined your asking for help
