On the ground floor there is a restaurant working till midnight. In the second case there is a billiard and like the gym. Cheap Laundry. Directly from the hotel you can go to the Park Pushkin.
Among the shortcomings can be noted only weak water pressure in the shower and changing the temperature of the hot water, but compared to the advantages, I think it is irrelevant.
