First of all, I would like to praise the hotel for its super delicious breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because I arrived late or something else. You can eat as much as you want (other people say you can’t eat too much)

The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport

Clean, bright, beautiful view from the window. It was cool in the room. The water in the shower didn't drain well. On the plus side: there is a kettle in the room. Overall I liked it. I'll stop again

The room was also very quiet and the breakfast was very good! ps: Find the shuttle bus at departure gate C of Terminal Building (below the large Hongqi Auto advertising screen)

It is suitable for those who arrive in Moscow too late or have a connecting flight

Yandex Go is just a taxi ride away, which is very convenient

Our room was not cleaned on daily basis and sometime on the bed is done and everything else is untouched including the bathroom. Rooms were very hot and there was no control on the radiators.

Overall it's pretty good, the service staff can speak simple English. It is close to the airport and many Chinese crews also stay in this hotel. There are shopping malls and Auchan supermarkets about 4 kilometers away

The room is larger than the indoor Sheraton, and the surrounding area is where major airlines are stationed. There is a swimming pool, but it's a pity that we don't have enough time

The first choice for flights, this is a card-playing hotel with attentive service and a very good restaurant. There are often handsome men and beautiful women coming and going

It only takes fifteen minutes to get to the airport. So this is a must-have for your flight the next morning. There are also tea eggs for breakfast, which is very good👌🏻

The Sheraton at the airport is not as good as the one in the city. If it weren't for flying to St. Petersburg the next day, I wouldn't have stayed near the airport

Very OK Cleanliness: OK Facilities: OK Environment: OK Service: OK The hotel is right in Terminal BC. The free express train to DEF is just below ground level. The hotel is directly in Zone D, which is very convenient.

However, when we checked out the next day, another male front desk staff member said they weren't open yet and it wouldn't be available until 9 am, which was unacceptable

We had to catch our flight and left, and although we emailed them requesting the proof of residence to be issued after they opened, we received no reply

The tram runs, so it's easy to get to the hotel. The staff is friendly. It was nice that the thermostat worked well.

The unsatisfactory points: During check-in, we were asked for a proof of residence, and the front desk said it could only be issued the next day

We informed them that we had an early morning flight the next day and needed to check out at 7 am, and the front desk readily agreed

Small cozy hotel which I really liked. I took the Greece Presidential Suite. Pros: there is a sauna in the room, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a swimming pool !!! And this is a huge plus

The rooms are clear. Breakfast of your choice. The hotel accepts visa/master card.

I would say that it was more like a hostel with a private rooms than a hotel. No storage locker.

Good hotel, it was convenient for me, close to my work. There is a free bus to the metro. The rooms are quite large, modern, with good equipment

Some positive memories. Very friendly but unobtrusive service. Responsive and polite staff. I liked going to the pool and sauna without leaving the hotel. Cozy bright rooms.
