Our flight on June 25th was delayed, so Aeroflot sent us to this hotel. The hotel is very clean, with towels, a kettle, and water. The receptionists were polite and explained everything in detail. The food was delicious, a buffet. The driver picked us up and dropped us off, and it's very convenient that he runs every hour. The bed is super comfortable. 5 out of 5.👍👍👍

+ Service is excellent, free shuttle from airport was great, it stops at Terminal C every 15 and 45 min ( for example at 3:15 and next at 3:45…and then again 4:15, and 4:45…) Breakfast was amazing definitely worth the money, room is everything we hoped for. Really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back.
- Drain in the shower is very slow.

- Frequency of Airport Shuttle service pickup from Airport is not punctual in comparison to other Hotels. Shuttle often gets delayed and more people accumalate to board the bus rahter than the available seating capacity. They should send buses more frequently atleast in the Winters.

+ Very close to Sheremetyevo international airport I used Room Service and ordered Healthy Breakfast( a great choice😉). There a a few other options everyone can choose from. Comfortable, big, choice of pillows, clean Yes. Clean hotel, clean room

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel. Apparently they made repairs ("renovation") in the rooms, at least on the fifth floor. The furniture is new. The finish is new. They installed thick double glazing, the sounds of the street are not audible at all, the windows do not open. There was a coffee machine in the room with two consumable capsules. The staff is helpful. The restaurant menu has been reduced, apparently the traffic of guests has decreased (coronavirus). Prepared quickly, quite well. You can spend and accrue Aeroflot-bonus points, although everything is done for a long time on an antediluvian terminal running on Windows'98 operating system (it's a pity for the time spent by the staff). Transfer to the terminals is infrequent, the departure time from the hotel is once an hour (by “zeros” to terminal B and by “halves” to terminal D), it is better to check the schedule by phone. The parking place at the entrance / exit of the terminal is indicated by a banner.
